Who You Are

We are expanding our Business Development team and looking for a proactive, highly motivated Junior Lead Generation Specialist / SDR to drive our PMaaS (Project Management as a Service), Tech development, and 3D/Motion design sales in the UK market. This role is perfect for someone starting their career in IT sales who wants to build processes from scratch alongside the founders. 

Responsibilities

• Research and map the UK tech and creative ecosystem to identify ideal clients: SaaS startups (Seed/Series A), consumer brands, and digital agencies. 
• Identify key decision-makers (CEOs, CTOs, Founders, Creative Directors) and harvest their professional contact data. 
• Execute daily, highly personalized manual outreach via LinkedIn and Email (no mass-spam bots). 
• Efficiently handle first-line replies, overcome initial objections, and book qualified meetings for the Founder.
• Maintain immaculate discipline in our CRM system, tracking all leads, follow-ups, and statuses daily.
• Work closely with the Founder to refine outreach strategies and messaging. 

What We Expect

• Fluent written English (B2+/C1) with a natural, professional, and concise copywriting style. 
• Exceptional research skills (knowing how to dig into LinkedIn, Apollo, Clutch, and company websites). 
• Iron discipline: you genuinely enjoy following a structured process, keeping spreadsheets organized, and hitting daily activity metrics. 
• Resilience: a positive attitude towards cold outreach and handling business rejections.

Nice to have

• Basic interest or background in digital design, 3D, animation, or creative industries. 
• Understanding of IT services, software development lifecycles (SDLC), or Project Management concepts (Agile, Scrum). 
• Previous basic experience or courses in Lead Generation / SDR / IT Sales. 
• Experience with lead generation tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Hunter.io, or CRMs).
