We are looking for a Full-Cycle Sales Manager who will take ownership of the entire B2B sales process — from finding new prospects to closing deals and building long-term client relationships.

What you will do

• Identify and research potential B2B clients in international markets.
• Build and manage your own sales pipeline.
• Find new prospects through LinkedIn, email, networking, referrals, communities and other channels.
• Perform cold outreach and develop personalized communication strategies.
• Communicate with CTOs, CIOs, VP Engineering, Heads of Infrastructure, Engineering Managers and founders.
• Prepare and present commercial proposals together with our engineering team.
• Lead negotiations and manage the sales process until the contract is signed.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and partners.

Must have

• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales / Business Development.
• Proven experience with full-cycle sales.
• Experience selling IT services, SaaS, software development, cloud or other technical B2B solutions.
• Strong cold outreach and lead-generation skills.
• Experience communicating with decision-makers.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to understand a client's business problem and translate it into a commercial opportunity.
• High level of independence and ownership.

• Experience working with international clients, especially in Europe, the UK or US.
