Responsibilities:
- Launch, manage, and scale paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms
- Analyze traffic performance and optimize campaigns based on ROAS and CPI
- Independently source, test, and purchase creatives (banners, videos, other assets)
- Research, test, and scale new traffic sources and ad placements
- Continuously test hypotheses and scale profitable campaigns
Key Requirements:
- Ability to set up advertising accounts from scratch (account structure, tracking, pixels, conversions)
- Strong skills in Google Ads — 60% primary focus (Search, Display, Video/YouTube)
- Solid experience with Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram) — 40% focus
- Hands-on experience with traffic analytics and performance optimization (ROAS/CPI-driven)
- Independent sourcing and purchasing of creatives (banners, videos) for campaigns
- Media buying experience on niche and gaming-related platforms, including:
- Esports tournaments and events
- Gaming communities and forums
- Discord servers
- Twitch streamers and gaming influencers
- Other gaming-related ad placements
- Ability to independently find, research, and test new traffic sources
- Experience in gaming, esports, skins, or digital goods niches
- Understanding of CS2 audience behavior and monetization funnels
- Experience scaling high-volume performance campaigns
