We are looking for a PPC Specialist to launch, manage, and scale paid advertising campaigns in the CS2 skins niche.
 

Responsibilities:

• Launch, manage, and scale paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms
• Analyze traffic performance and optimize campaigns based on ROAS and CPI
• Independently source, test, and purchase creatives (banners, videos, other assets)
• Research, test, and scale new traffic sources and ad placements
• Continuously test hypotheses and scale profitable campaigns
   

Key Requirements:

• Ability to set up advertising accounts from scratch (account structure, tracking, pixels, conversions)
• Strong skills in Google Ads — 60% primary focus (Search, Display, Video/YouTube)
• Solid experience with Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram) — 40% focus
• Hands-on experience with traffic analytics and performance optimization (ROAS/CPI-driven)
• Independent sourcing and purchasing of creatives (banners, videos) for campaigns
• Media buying experience on niche and gaming-related platforms, including:
  • Esports tournaments and events
  • Gaming communities and forums
  • Discord servers
  • Twitch streamers and gaming influencers
  • Other gaming-related ad placements
• Ability to independently find, research, and test new traffic sources
• Experience in gaming, esports, skins, or digital goods niches
• Understanding of CS2 audience behavior and monetization funnels
• Experience scaling high-volume performance campaigns
