SEO & AI Visibility Manager
Full-time | Remote | Contractor

About Blix
Blix is a growing AI SaaS platform that helps market researchers turn open-ended feedback into actionable insights. We're a small, bootstrapped team with customers around the world.

The opportunity

SEO is central to our growth strategy, and we're looking for an experienced, hands-on SEO Manager who's excited to take on a challenge and take our organic growth to the next level.

Search is changing fast, and we see that as an opportunity. You'll own our organic growth strategy, from traditional Google SEO to emerging AI search platforms like ChatGPT and Perplexity. You'll have the freedom to experiment, challenge conventional thinking, try new ideas, and make a measurable impact on our business.

What you'll do

• Own and execute our SEO and AI visibility (GEO) strategy.
• Lead technical SEO, content optimization, and link building.
• Manage our SEO content pipeline and work closely with our writers.
• Identify growth opportunities and improve organic traffic, conversions, and qualified leads.
• Track performance, experiment, and continuously improve results.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of SEO experience, ideally in B2B SaaS.
• Strong technical SEO, content strategy, and link-building skills.
• Familiarity with AI search optimization (GEO).
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• A proactive, analytical, and creative problem-solver who takes ownership and gets things done.
• Someone who's curious, hungry to learn, and motivated by solving difficult problems.

Why join Blix?

This isn't a role where you'll just execute someone else's SEO plan. You'll own the channel, work directly with the founders, and have a real opportunity to shape our growth. We're a small team where good ideas can turn into action quickly, and your work will make a visible difference.

Sound like the kind of challenge you're looking for? We'd love to hear from you!
