Project

Chat is a multi-channel communication platform for support teams and operators: an omnichannel inbox (web widget, messengers, other sources), conversation routing and assignment, operator tooling, AI assistants for replies and automation, voice flows, statistics and reports, and integrations with external systems. A modular monolith built on clean architecture and DDD, with async flows via queues, realtime over websocket channels, and APIs for web clients and integrations.

Statistics - a separate analytics microservice for event collection and building statistics/reports, on Symfony under the FrankenPHP runtime with ClickHouse as the primary store.

Voice - separate Go microservices for voice flows.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop new functionality.
• Refactor and optimize existing code, technical-debt tasks.
• APIs for the UI and external services, integrations with external systems.
• Work with DB migrations, query optimization, design schemas for new domains.
• Take part in code review and technical discussions.

Expectations

• 2+ years of commercial PHP experience
• Confident OOP, common patterns, SOLID at an "apply it consciously" level, basic understanding of architectural principles and patterns
• Production experience with Laravel / Symfony / Yii
• Preferably experience with one of the NoSQL stores, or strong SQL with readiness to learn document-oriented specifics: indexes, schemas, aggregations
• Async flows: queues, background workers, idempotency
• HTTP, REST, basic understanding of realtime communication, integrations with external systems via API / webhooks
• Ability to decompose a feature into tasks and take it to production
• English - at least B1 (Intermediate): able to hold a basic conversation, ask questions, and explain your work

• Practical understanding and experience with DDD

About the role

BlazingBoost is hiring a Junior Manual QA Engineer. The role suits someone who already has a testing foundation and wants to grow further: a QA mentor will be alongside you, so we don't expect you to "know everything" on day one - instead, you'll have real tasks on real products from the start. Fully remote.

Responsibilities

• Manual testing of web application features.
• Assist with regression, smoke, exploratory, and end-to-end testing.
• Create and maintain test cases and checklists.
• Find, document, and track bugs in a bug-tracking system.
• Work with system alerts and logs (Sentry, Graylog) - with team support.
• Collaborate with developers and a QA mentor.
• Take part in dailies and team discussions.

Expectations

• 6+ months of hands-on QA experience (or strong practical training - pet projects, courses).
• Experience in manual testing of web/mobile applications.
• Knowledge of testing methodologies.

BlazingBoost is an international marketplace for gaming services and an operations platform: boosting, coaching, a services catalog, checkout, payments, booster operations, chat, CRM flows, reporting.

Technically, it is a modular PHP monolith that we are gradually breaking into bounded contexts following DDD. Alongside legacy code, a modern layer is actively in use: DI container, repositories, value objects, layered architecture, DB migrations, console commands, webhooks, push notifications, integrations with payment systems.

You'll work in a team with a clear engineering culture: architecture and code-convention documentation, code review, specifications and task decomposition before starting non-trivial work.

Responsibilities

• Build new features in bounded contexts.

• Maintain and evolve the admin panel: CRUD flows, content management, reports.
• Write console commands and API endpoints.
• Take part in the gradual migration of legacy code into a layered DDD architecture.
• Work with DB migrations, optimize queries, design schemas for new domains.
• Cover critical logic with tests (PHPUnit).

Expectations - Junior

• 0.5–1.5 years of commercial PHP experience
• Understanding of OOP, common patterns, SOLID at a "can recognize and explain" level
• MVC - confident understanding of the pattern and how it maps to the code of a real web application
• Basic experience with one of the modern PHP frameworks - Laravel / Symfony (how controllers, routing, ORM / Query Builder, DI, migrations work)
• MySQL: JOINs, indexes, EXPLAIN at a basic level
• Git: feature-branch flow, pull requests, meaningful commits
• Basic understanding of HTTP, REST
• English - at least B1 (Intermediate): able to hold a basic conversation, ask questions, and explain your work
• Readiness to read a lot of other people's code and documentation before writing your own

Direction

We are building a dedicated AI direction - a role not tied to a specific product, focused on bringing AI into the company's work: building AI processes, integrating AI tools into teams' daily work, and creating in-house AI tools and agents for internal needs (current agent stack - LangGraph ts).

This is a position for an experienced engineer with strong fundamentals who is AI-native in daily work and knows how to take ideas to working tools. You'll move the direction technically as a hands-on Senior: choosing approaches, building solutions, and spreading AI practices across teams.

What you'll do

• Design and build AI tools and agents for the company's internal needs.
• Integrate AI into teams' daily workflows (development, support, operations), improving their productivity.
• Automate internal and operational processes through agentic workflows and pipelines.
• Evaluate, pilot, and roll out AI-ecosystem tooling (Claude / Claude Code, Codex, etc.); establish usage practices and guidelines.
• Ensure reliability of AI solutions: prompt quality, structured outputs, error handling, and output validation.
• Move the AI direction technically: choosing approaches, solution architecture, spreading expertise across teams.

Example focus areas (indicative):

• AI assistant / RAG over the company's internal knowledge and documentation.
• Agents for automating routine flows (support, CRM, reporting).
• Developer-productivity tools: AI code review, code generation/migration, PR automation.

Expectations

• Experienced engineer: 5+ years of commercial development, strong fundamentals, confident system design, ability to take a task from idea to production on your own.
• AI-native in daily work: you confidently use AI dev ecosystems (Claude Code, Codex, etc.); strong prompt engineering; you understand the capabilities and limits of agentic tools - tool use, "skills", structured outputs.
• You build, not just consume: you have experience creating AI tools and integrations, not only using ready-made ones.
• Language-agnostic: you work confidently across several languages (PHP / Go / TypeScript / Python) and pick the right tool for the task; a new language or stack is not a barrier.
• Product thinking: you see where AI adds real value and where it doesn't; pragmatic about adoption.
• English - at least B2 (Upper-Intermediate): you read documentation fluently, communicate, and explain your work.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience building agents and workflows: LangGraph (TS)- current stack, or other agentic frameworks.
• Low-code / automation pipelines (n8n, etc.).
• RAG, vector search, working with the company's knowledge and data.
• Evals, observability, and guardrails for LLM systems in production.
