We’re BL/S® – a small-but-mighty web design studio making tasty digital things since 2019. We craft bold websites and apps with pixel-level precision and story-driven vibes. Not to brag (ok, a little), but we’ve snagged shiny awards from Awwwards, CSS Design Awards, CSS Winner, FWA, and more. We’re into slick visuals, meaningful interactions, and digital magic that makes people say “whoa.”

Right now, we’re on the hunt for a UI/UX Designer — someone with a razor-sharp eye for detail, a love for bold aesthetics, and the skills to make digital experiences feel both beautiful and intuitive. UX knowledge? Sure. But we’re not hiring a UX strategist or a wireframe wizard — we’re looking for someone who can bring premium-level UI design to life and make our interfaces pop with story, clarity, and style.

👉 We're especially looking for someone from Ukraine or already based in Prague — though remote within UTC+1–3 works too!

What You’ll Be Doing

• Creating interfaces that are visually stunning and feel amazing to use
• Collaborating with our designers, developers, and project managers to bring projects to life
• Designing marketing sites, apps, promos, and eCommerce products with a strong UI-first approach
• Thinking through flows and interactions — but making sure the UI does the heavy lifting
• Delivering WOW-worthy layouts and visuals (no boring screens here)
• Bringing modern, premium, sometimes unconventional vibes to everything you touch
• Occasionally helping with our own studio’s brand/website content (we like to flex)

What We’re Looking For

✅ 1+ years in a design role (agency/studio experience = big plus)

✅ A portfolio full of UI-heavy work — real projects, real users, real results

✅ A strong understanding of layout, hierarchy, typography, and interaction

✅ Figma is your main tool — and you're not afraid of digging into Auto Layout and component libraries

✅ You’ve got an eye for micro-interactions, transitions, and the small stuff that makes designs shine

✅ You understand UX principles, but don’t hide behind diagrams. You design interfaces that speak for themselves

✅ AI tools in your process (Midjourney, ChatGPT, Runway, etc.)

✅ You're always checking references, trends, and what’s hot — and know how to evolve a design beyond “good enough”

✅ You love feedback (the good, the tough, the "have you tried...")

✅ You’re a self-starter — not afraid to Google, test, and figure it out

✅ English is not required — you can communicate with our team in any language you’re comfortable with. We care about your design skills, not your accent.

✅ You are from Ukraine or already in Prague — this is a major plus!

Nice-to-Haves

🌟 Motion/interaction design experience (After Effects, Lottie, etc.)

🌟 Webflow or Framer experience

🌟 3D tools like Blender or Cinema4D

🌟 Brand design background is a bonus — but only if your UI game is strong
