We’re looking for a Senior SEO Specialist to drive sustainable organic growth by increasing non-brand visibility, rankings, and conversions. In this role, you will own the SEO strategy end-to-end: from technical SEO and site architecture to content planning, on-page optimization, and link acquisition. You’ll work closely with Product, Development, Marketing and Content teams to turn SEO opportunities into measurable business impact, using data to prioritize initiatives and run ongoing experiments.

Responsibilities:

• Own and execute the SEO strategy to grow non‑branded organic traffic, rankings, and sign-ups/revenue;
• Build and manage the SEO roadmap: technical SEO, content, and authority/link acquisition;
• Conduct keyword research and SERP intent analysis;
• Plan and produce SEO-driven content;
• Lead on-page SEO;
• Own technical SEO audits and collaborate with Development team to implement fixes;

• Ensure SEO best practices are embedded into product and content processes (templates, release checklists, QA).

Requirements:

• 4–7+ years of hands-on SEO experience with proven results in growing non-branded organic traffic in competitive niches;
• Strong understanding of technical SEO and the ability to translate findings into clear requirements for developers;
• Expertise in keyword research, content strategy, and on-page optimization;
• Solid analytical skills: ability to work with data, measure impact, and prioritize based on expected outcomes;
• Advanced knowledge of Google Search Console, GA4, and common SEO suites (Ahrefs / Semrush or similar);
• Experience with site migrations, large-scale content updates, and solving indexation/crawl issues is a plus;
• Experience with link building/digital PR and evaluating link quality/risk;
• Strong writing/editing skills for SEO briefs and the ability to collaborate closely with content writers;

• Own and execute the UA strategy across Meta, Bing, Google (Search/Display/YouTube), X/Twitter, DSP/programmatic, and CPA/CPM networks—aligned with marketing, live-ops, seasonality, and product releases;
• Set and manage growth KPIs (CAC/CPA, ROAS, CVR, retention, LTV, payback) and translate them into clear channel/geo/segment targets;
• Launch and scale campaigns: account structure, naming conventions, budgets, pacing, and bidding to consistently hit performance goals;
• Optimize daily across audiences, bids, placements, creatives, and funnel steps; quickly diagnose issues (creative fatigue, audience saturation, tracking drops, funnel friction) and fix them;
• Run a structured experimentation loop (test → learn → scale) with documented hypotheses, success criteria, and learnings;
• Build segmentation and lifecycle loops: prospecting, retargeting, re-engagement/winback from install → activation → purchase/deposit;
• Drive the creative performance system with design/copy: briefs (angles/hooks/messages/formats), UGC/short-form video + statics, and continuous A/B testing with a “what works” library;
• Own analytics and reporting across GA4/Ads Managers/dashboards; monitor cohorts and funnel metrics (D1/D7/D30, payer conversion, LTV) and deliver actionable insights, Custom Data Analytics tools;
• Manage programmatic and external partners: DSP buying basics (reach/frequency, brand safety), CPA/CPM partner onboarding/optimization, fraud prevention, vendor terms, and budget/forecasting/ROI tracking — while ensuring policy/legal compliance and staying on top of competitor trends;
• Retention campaigns — Drive retention through narrow and segmented targeting on the existing audience (activation + re-activation).

 

Requirements
• 2+ years in paid UA/performance marketing for mobile games (browser games experience is a strong plus);
• Hands-on expertise with Meta + TikTok (must-have), plus at least one of: Google UAC/YouTube, DSP/programmatic, networks;
• Proven experience improving ROAS / CPD / CAC through testing, optimisation, and creative iteration;
• Strong analytical mindset: ability to interpret cohorts, funnels, and campaign signals to make decisions;
• Experience working closely with creatives and turning data into actionable briefs;
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with rapid testing and frequent iteration;
• Strong English communication.

• Experience with MMPs (e.g., AppsFlyer / Adjust / Branch);

Required Qualifications:
 

• 3+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years working with LLMs and generative AI
• Strong Python development skills in a production environment (clean code, typing, testing, Git)
• Experience with both proprietary (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) and open-source LLMs (LLaMA, Mistral)
• Working knowledge of orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex)
• Hands-on experience building RAG pipelines and working with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, pgvector, or similar)

We are looking for a Manual QA Engineer to join our game development direction. This role is focused on testing a live gaming product, so hands-on experience in game testing is essential. You will work with complex gameplay mechanics, in-game economy, and cross-platform environments (web and mobile), ensuring a stable, fair, and engaging experience for players.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Manual QA.
• Experience in web and mobile (iOS/Android) application testing.
• Experience working with web debugging proxy applications (Charles).
• Extensive API testing experience (e.g., using tools like Postman, Swagger and understanding API documentation).
• Strong knowledge of stack of web technologies like HTTP, JSON, REST.
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience in creating and executing test documentation, including test cases, check-lists, and writing clear bug reports (using tools like Jira, Mantis, Redmine).

Required Qualifications:
 

• 4+ years of professional Node.js development experience and 3+ years with TypeScript
• Expert-level knowledge of JavaScript fundamentals (event loops, closures, promises, async/await) and asynchronous programming patterns
• Deep understanding of Node.js frameworks (Express.js, NestJS, Fastify) and architectural patterns
• Strong experience with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) or NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis)
• Strong understanding of system design principles, design patterns, and software architecture best practices
• Practical experience building AI agents beyond ChatGPT usage - demonstrated through pet projects or production work
• Willingness and ability to learn and write Python code when needed for AI/ML integration
• Working knowledge of front-end fundamentals (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) and ability to implement UI solutions when required
• Strong strategic thinking with ability to align technical solutions with business objectives
• Proven technical leadership and mentoring experience with ability to guide and develop team members
• Knowledge of Docker containerization, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI), and DevOps practices
   

Preferred Qualifications:
 

• Working knowledge of AI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph) for building autonomous agents and RAG applications
• Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, ChromaDB) and embeddings implementation
• Familiarity with at least one modern front-end framework (React, Vue.js, Angular)
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for application deployment and AI/ML services
• Familiarity with observability tools (DataDog, New Relic, ELK stack) and monitoring practices
