Шукаємо Senior/Head AML Officer, який побудує AML-функцію з нуля: політики, процеси, моніторинг, ризики, взаємодія з регуляторами. Потрібен експерт із криптовертикалі, який розуміє специфіку ризиків, блокчейну та KYC/KYB у криптобізнесі.

Responsibilities

• Побудова AML-відділу та всіх процедур з нуля.
• Розробка та підтримка AML/CTF політик, RBA, процедур та документації.
• KYC/KYB, ODD/EDD - контроль та оптимізація.
• Транзакційний моніторинг у крипті (Chainalysis / Elliptic / Scorechain).
• Підготовка SAR/STR та взаємодія з регуляторами та аудиторами.
• Blockchain risk analysis: high-risk patterns, mixers, layering, fraud схематика.
• Взаємодія з Product/Tech/Legal щодо впровадження AML-контролів.
• Налаштування автоматизованих AML-процесів, що масштабуються.

Requirements

• 4+ років у AML/Compliance, 2+ роки на Senior/Head рівні.
• Досвід побудови AML-функції з нуля - must.
• Досвід у Crypto / Crypto Exchange / FinTech / Payments - великий плюс.
• Впевнене знання FATF, AMLD, Travel Rule, санкційних вимог.
• Досвід роботи з Chainalysis / Elliptic / ComplyAdvantage / SumSub.
• Розуміння блокчейн-архітектури, ризикових транзакцій, міксерів, схем відмивання.
• Досвід взаємодії з регуляторами та аудиторами.
• English - Upper-Intermediate+.
