BimBimPet LLC is a growing e-commerce company specializing in pet products. We build direct partnerships with brands and sell across Amazon, Walmart, and BimBimPet.com.

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Manager to acquire new brands and develop existing partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and contact potential brands through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and meetings.

• Build and manage a pipeline of new brand opportunities.

• Negotiate and onboard new brands.

• Develop existing brand relationships and contracts.

• Negotiate better pricing, discounts, payment terms, and commercial conditions.

• Work toward securing exclusive partnerships.

• Expand brands across Amazon, Walmart, and BimBimPet.com.

• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-ups.

• Build strong, long-term relationships with brand partners.

KPIs

• New B2B partnerships acquired

• Revenue generated from acquired brands

• Additional discounts and improved terms negotiated

• Calls and emails completed

• Existing partnerships developed to higher levels

Compensation & Bonus

• Base Salary: $750/month

• 1% of net sales generated from each new brand successfully onboarded.

• The 1% commission is paid for 12 months per brand, starting from the first purchase order.

• Bonuses are calculated and paid monthly.

• Expected total earnings: approximately $850–$1,000+ per month, depending on performance.

Work Schedule

• Monday–Friday

• 2:00 PM–10:00 PM Armenia Time

• Full-time, remote

• 8 working hours + 1-hour separate break

• 3-month probationary period

Requirements

• Strong written and spoken English

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Comfortable with calls, emails, and business meetings

• Strong organizational and follow-up skills

• Ability to work independently and take ownership

• Results-driven and commercially minded

• Experience in B2B sales, business development, or brand partnerships is preferred
