BigTree108 is a software development company registered in Ivano-Frankivsk, Ukraine, building and operating software for product companies in Europe and North America. The team is more than thirty people working remotely across Ukraine, covering thirteen engineering and operations disciplines. The company was founded on 6 February 2025.
We build custom software end to end, and we take over software somebody else wrote. A take-over starts with a read-only review and a written list of risks before a single line changes.
What we do
- Solution architecture and consulting: architectural design and blueprints for applications, integrations and data, technology evaluation and selection, cloud architecture and migration, security and scalability architecture, architectural reviews of systems you already run, and proof-of-concept work before a large commitment.

- Python development: backends, data pipelines, AI agents and retrieval-augmented generation, on AWS or Azure.
- Front-end development: Angular, React, Vue and Next.js, with design systems, accessibility checks on every component and end-to-end tests.
- Mobile development: native iOS in Swift, cross-platform apps in .NET MAUI and React Native.
- Cloud and DevOps: Microsoft Azure, Terraform for every resource, GitHub Actions pipelines, monitoring and cost control.
- Quality assurance and test automation: manual QA, test plans and automated suites in Playwright, run in continuous integration.
- UI and UX design: Figma design systems and prototypes, handed to engineers in the same company.
- Websites: Webflow and WordPress builds that stay editable by a marketing team.
- Dedicated team: long-term specialists embedded in a client team, from .NET and Python engineers to QA specialists, designers, project managers and executive assistants.
How we work
The client signs one agreement with BigTree108 and receives one invoice a month. Ukrainian contracts, intellectual-property assignment, invoicing, payroll, tax registration, logged hours and leave are handled on our side and run through our own management portal. We staff each engagement to the working hours of the client, United States Pacific included, and treat time-zone overlap as a hiring requirement rather than something the client absorbs.
