As an Email Deliverability Specialist, you will:

• Monitor and Maintain Email Deliverability: Track domain reputation, IP reputation, and overall sender scores to ensure optimal inbox placement.
• Analyze Email Campaign Performance: Review open rates, click-through rates, bounces, and unsubscribes to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations.
• Technical Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to blacklisting, spam traps, and bounce management.
• Manage Email Infrastructure: Oversee IP warm-up strategies, email service provider (ESP) relationships, and domain authentication.
   

You will definitely be successful in this role if you:

• Have 1-2 years of experience working with email deliverability or in a related technical support position (email provider support, for example).
• Are familiar with different anti-spam technologies and know how to resolve email deliverability issues.
• Possess strong written and spoken English skills (B1/B2 level).
• Can handle multiple tasks efficiently.

• Optimize CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, ArgoCD) and integrate observability checks into deployment workflows;
• Empower product teams to adopt proactive incident prevention strategies, shifting focus from reactive resolution;Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, and security teams to align observability with platform reliability, performance, and compliance goals.
   

ABOUT YOU:

• Background in backend engineering is a must;
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with monitoring and observability systems in production environments (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic cloud, Sentry, New Relic);
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker, with proven experience deploying and maintaining services in containerized infrastructure;
• Experience with scripting and automation using Shell, Python and/or Node.js, including Infrastructure-as-Code tools (e.g., Terraform, Helm);
• Solid understanding of AWS service and core networking concepts (DNS, ports, protocols);
• Proficiency in Git and modern version control workflows;
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex production and monitoring issues using logs, metrics, traces, alerting logic, and observability dashboards;
• Clear and calm communication skills, especially during incidents or when working with cross-functional teams (DevOps, Security, Engineering);

We are seeking a skilled Backend Engineer with expertise in PHP to join our team. In this role, you will focus on developing new product features, enhancing existing applications, and ensuring the reliability and scalability of our backend systems. You will work with a modern tech stack and play a key part in our ongoing transition from a monolithic architecture to microservices.

ABOUT YOU:

• 5+ years of experience in backend development in total;
• Experience with PHP 8.0+ with OOP skills, using frameworks like Symfony or Laravel;

• Experience with relational databases – MySQL and/or PostgreSQL;
