We are looking for an active and motivated Lead Generation Manager focused on Upwork. This position is suitable for both candidates with/without experience in Lead Generation with further growth to Sales Manager.

Responsibilities:

Searching and selecting relevant leads on Upwork according to our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).

Writing high-quality and personalized cover letters.

Analyzing job postings and matching them with our technical expertise (Frontend/Backend).

Maintaining and updating the CRM database.

Meeting clear KPIs (number of proposals sent, response rate, quality of communication).

Collaborating with the technical team to уточнити project requirements when necessary.

Optimizing and updating the company’s Upwork profile.

Requirements:

Willingness to learn quickly and adapt.

English level B2+ (written communication with clients).

Understanding of ICP (Ideal Customer Profile).

Basic knowledge of Frontend/Backend development is a plus.

Ability to work with large amounts of information and structure it effectively.

Responsibility and attention to detail.

Ability to handle routine work and focus on results.

We are looking for a Strong Junior Front-End Developer with solid knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Next.js to join our team and contribute to the development of modern digital products.
