Bat L Media OÜ

We are looking for an SEO project manager who does not need to be managed.

You will own 8 to 12 client accounts at Batlinks, a remote SEO agency. Our clients are e-commerce stores, SaaS companies and local service businesses, mostly in the US. You run each account end to end: strategy, priorities, reporting, coordinating writers and link builders, and talking to clients.

What is in it for you

• Your accounts, your calls: you run them your way within our standards, with nobody looking over your shoulder
• Bonuses for client results, SEO tests that work, and improvements to how we operate
• A real testing playground: live e-commerce, SaaS and local sites, some with budgets up to $20,000 a month
• Our systems and playbooks, about three months of training, and a founder who has done SEO since 2004
• Work from anywhere on your own schedule, with 4 weeks of paid vacation. You are only needed in US Eastern hours for scheduled client calls
• Finish early and you are not handed extra work. Time tracking is for client billing, not surveillance
• Room to grow: one of our PMs is moving into a leadership role right now
• A kind, low-ego, mostly async team, and every work sample in our process is paid

This is not for you if you want detailed instructions for every task, do the minimum, or would rather stay stuck than ask a question.

You have: 3+ years in SEO, 2+ years managing several client accounts at once (agency experience preferred), hands-on Ahrefs, Google Search Console and GA4, and fluent English.

How to apply: in your application, answer these briefly (about 150 words each):

1. The ONE client result you are proudest of: the niche, starting and ending numbers, timeframe, what you personally did, and one thing that did not work.
2. You take over two accounts tomorrow: an e-commerce store with about 2,000 products and a local US dental practice. For each, rank the 5 things you would spend your first month on, with one line on why #1 comes first.
3. A time you fixed or improved something nobody asked you to. What happened?

4. One SEO test you ran in the last 12 months: what you changed, how you measured it, and the result, even if it failed.

Also tell us your favorite food, the US Eastern hours you can be available for client calls when needed, and your earliest start date.

Process: application, a short video for the top candidates, a paid work sample, one call with our COO, then references. We hire one person.
