Starting from a single project in 2019, we have now expanded to more than 12 White Label Brands targeting tier 1, tier 2, and tier 3 markets. What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps for our online casino portfolio
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, development, marketing, and support) to plan and launch new products and features
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle — from concept to post-launch analysis
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) to optimize user experience and product performance
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legal regulations and industry standards
- Supervise daily operational processes, including customer support coordination and internal workflow optimization
- Build and maintain relationships with service providers, partners, and third-party vendors
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in Product and/or Operations Management within the online casino / iGaming industry
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Excellent English proficiency (both written and spoken)
- Deep understanding of industry regulations and compliance
- Hands-on experience with project management tools and systems
- Strong analytical mindset and a proactive approach to solving complex problems

What You’ll Be Doing
- Conduct product and user research to support strategic decisions
- Identify growth opportunities through data analysis, correlations, and behavioral patterns
- Design, run, and analyze A/B tests and experiments
- Write and optimize analytical code using SQL and Python
- Build clear visualizations, dashboards, and reports for product and business teams
- Evaluate and prioritize product hypotheses together with Product Managers
- Deliver ad-hoc analytics to support fast, informed decisions
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 1+ year of experience as a Product Analyst in an iGaming product
- Strong understanding of relational databases and confidence with SQL-like languages
- Solid knowledge of probability theory and mathematical statistics
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing and experimentation
- Experience building insightful data visualizations (Tableau, Power BI, Python, Proteus, etc.)
- Ability to see real user behavior behind the numbers and clearly explain why it changed
- A proactive mindset: you independently explore problems, ask the right questions, gather data, and turn insights into action
Nice to Have (But Not Required)
- Advanced knowledge of statistics and probability theory
- Experience with alternative hypothesis-testing methods:

pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, sklearn, SciPy, Prophet - Background in business analysis and requirements discovery
- Ability to define product or business metrics, decompose them, and build metric trees
- Understanding of dependency analysis in data:
distribution estimation, delta method, linearization

- Source and attract CIS candidates for technical and business roles
- Lead and mentor a team of local recruiters across multiple geographies
- Receive hiring requests from stakeholders and distribute them across the team
- Set clear priorities and focus areas for recruiters
- Participate in final interviews with key English-speaking candidates
- Build, document, and maintain rules and standards within your recruitment domain
- Develop deep, structured analytics on recruiter performance and hiring efficiency
- Define, track, and continuously improve KPIs for the recruitment team
