    We’re looking for a tech-savvy, growth-oriented Marketing Specialist to own ClearVin’s marketing strategy and brand awareness. This is a hands-on, multi-disciplinary role, ideal for a marketer who thrives in a lean team environment and is eager to learn the product inside and out. You’ll collaborate closely with our CEO, Director of Operations, Product Manager, and development team to execute impactful campaigns.

     

    This is a role for someone ready to roll up their sleeves, experiment, and grow alongside the product.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute ClearVin’s marketing roadmap to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
    • Create compelling content across email campaigns, blogs, landing pages, and marketing collateral that aligns with ClearVin’s voice and industry trends.
    • Manage and grow ClearVin’s social channels; plan and publish engaging content; monitor conversations and build brand reputation.
    • Launch and optimize digital campaigns (organic and paid), working with marketing team members for SEO/PPC support.
    • Gain deep knowledge of the ClearVin product and vehicle history industry to communicate value clearly to B2B and B2C audiences.
    • Track performance metrics (traffic, conversions, engagement) and provide actionable insights to the leadership team.
    • Ensure consistent brand identity across all channels and materials, suggesting improvements for positioning and differentiation.

       

     Requirements:

    • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in tech, automotive, or SaaS environments.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to create clear, persuasive content.
    • Familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, email automation, CMS platforms).
    • Tech-savvy with a data-driven mindset and willingness to experiment with new tools.
    • Ability to work independently in a lean team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Curiosity and eagerness to learn product details and industry dynamics.

     

    Nice-to-have's: 

    • Experience in automotive, vehicle history, or related industries.
    • Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe, Figma) for creating marketing assets.
    • Knowledge of SEO principles, PPC, or marketing automation platforms.

    We are looking for an experienced UX Writer who will also serve as our Localization Manager, responsible for crafting exceptional user experiences through precise, user-centered copy and managing our global content strategy in close collaboration with the marketing team. You'll be instrumental in shaping the user experience and keeping our messaging consistent across markets.
     

    What You'll Do
     

    UX Writing & Content Design:

    • Create clear, concise, and user-friendly interface copy for web and mobile web including general copy, microcopy, notifications, onboarding flows, error messages, and navigation elements.
    • Design userflows in collaboration with UX/UI designers, ensuring copy and design work seamlessly together.
    • Write conversion-focused copy for CTAs, landing pages, and marketing touchpoints
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive style guides and tone of voice guidelines
    • Conduct copy testing and user research to validate content decisions

    Localization & Translation Management:

    • Develop and execute localization strategy for multiple markets and languages
    • Coordinate with translation experts and manage translation workflows
    • Work with location managers on localization guidelines and cultural adaptation requirements
    • Review and quality-assure translated content for accuracy and brand consistency
    • Establish scalable processes for content localization across product development cycles

    Cross-functional Collaboration:

    • Partner closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, developers, and marketing teams
    • Participate in user research sessions, usability testing, and data analysis
    • Present and defend content decisions with data-driven rationale
    • Contribute to product strategy discussions and feature development planning
       

    What We're Looking For
     

    Essential Requirements:

    • 3+ years of experience as a UX Writer, Content Designer, or Technical Writer
    • Native or near-native English proficiency (C1/C2 level)
    • 1+ years of experience managing localization projects or working with international markets
    • Strong understanding of UX principles and user-centered design methodology
    • Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with design workflows
    • Experience with translation management systems (TMS) and localization tools
    • Knowledge of internationalization (i18n) best practices and technical constraints

    Technical Skills:

    • Advanced writing skills with ability to craft clear, concise microcopy
    • Familiarity with content management systems and version control
    • Working knowledge of HTML/CSS basics for content implementation
    • Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Google Workspace

    Soft Skills:

    • Analytical mindset with ability to form hypotheses and measure content effectiveness

    Product Strategy & Roadmap

    • Build and maintain the product roadmap, aligned with business goals and customer needs.
    • Research the market and competition to find opportunities for innovation.
