About the role
You will own how product updates, launches, and messaging are communicated.
Your mission is to translate product direction and features into customer-friendly value propositions, build a repeatable product launch framework, and ensure internal teams clearly understand what’s new and why it matters.
Responsibilities
- Own customer communications for product updates and releases
- Translate complex product features into clear customer value
- Coordinate product release emails, newsletters, and in-CRM notifications
- Build and manage a product launch tiering framework (Tier 1 / 2 / 3)
- Define launch assets (emails, decks, FAQs, enablement materials)
- Partner closely with Product Managers and Product leadership
- Support Sales with clear messaging and talking points
- Collaborate with Demand Gen and Content teams on launch campaigns

Requirements
