    Ascendix builds CRM and PropTech solutions for commercial real estate. As our products scale, we are strengthening how we communicate product value to customers and internal teams. 

    This role focuses on creating clear, structured, and value-driven product communication across Product, Marketing, Sales, and customers. 

    You will own product updates, launches, and messaging end to end: translate product direction and features into customer-friendly value propositions, build a repeatable product launch framework, and ensure internal teams understand what’s new and why it matters.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Own customer communications for product updates and releases
    • Translate complex product features into clear customer value
    • Coordinate product release emails, newsletters, and in-CRM notifications
    • Build and manage a product launch tiering framework (Tier 1 / 2 / 3)
    • Define launch assets (emails, decks, FAQs, enablement materials)
    • Partner closely with Product Managers and Product leadership
    • Support Sales with clear messaging and talking points
    • Collaborate with Demand Gen and Content teams on launch campaigns
    • Monitor market and competitive messaging in commercial real estate

       

    Requirements:

    • Experience in product marketing or product communications
    • Ability to explain complex software in simple, customer-focused language
    • Experience working with Product Managers
    • Understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce or Dynamics) or ability to learn quickly
    • Excellent English (written and spoken)
    • High ownership and ability to work independently
