As a Node.js Developer with AI expertise, you will: 

• Develop backend services primarily in Node.js, leveraging AI tools to generate roughly half of your codebase. 
• Collaborate closely with AI coding assistants (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic models) to accelerate development while maintaining high code quality. 
• Experiment with AI-driven workflows and continuously improve the integration of AI-generated code into production systems. 
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring AI-generated contributions meet maintainability and security standards. 

• Document technical solutions and share AI best practices within the team. 

   

What We Expect 

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience with Node.js and backend development. 
• Hands-on experience working with AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) in software development over the past year. 
• Comfort with writing and reviewing code where approximately 50% is AI-generated, embracing a vibe coding mindset. 
• Be an advanced user of Cursor, Github Copilot, Windsurf, Trae, or similar AI-first IDEs. 
• Hands-on Experience with using UI generating assistants like v0.dev, lovable, replit, bolt, or similar. 
• Strong English communication skills (Intermediate+). 
• Familiarity with cloud AI services (Azure AI, AWS Textract) and frameworks like NestJS is a plus. 
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
