    • Develop and maintain Lightning components and Apex classes/triggers while demonstrating an understanding of Visualforce for legacy support. 
    • Engage with other developers, administrators, and stakeholders to facilitate seamless integration of Salesforce with external systems and applications. 
    • Ensure that solutions delivered maintain high standards of scalability, performance, and security. 
    • Proactively stay informed about Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to provide recommendations for enhancements and new functionalities.

    The support team is mainly assigned to client requests by subscription, including support for our products (CRM system). Besides that, the team can be requested to assist with user guides, release notes, and testing. All shifts are scheduled (11:00 AM – 08:00 PM / 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM).                                            
                        

    Join a dedicated team consisting of four members, including three Concierge Specialists and a Project Manager. Together, we aim to provide top-tier solutions and support!
     

    Requirements: 

    • Ability to analyze data and issues effectively. 
    • Upper-intermediate level with excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
    • Ability to design and deliver compelling presentations. 
    • Skilled in facilitating training sessions for diverse audiences. 
    • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Sheets, ensuring efficient documentation and data handling. 

       

    Would be a Plus: 

    • Familiarity with the Salesforce platform and tools

     

    Responsibilities: 

    • Determine root causes and troubleshoot effectively. 
    • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of issues. 
    • Compose clear and comprehensive release notes for product updates.
