We’re looking for a User Acquisition Lead to strengthen our Marketing team and drive the global scaling of our products. 

You’re a great fit if you have:

• Hands-on expertise across all major paid channels - Google (Search/PPC, UAC/App campaigns, PMax, Demand Gen), Meta (Advantage+, CAPI), TikTok, AppLovin and other ad networks
• Proven ability to run UA on both Web and App
• Strong technical command of the measurement layer: event setup, attribution logic, MMPs (AppsFlyer), analytics (GA4, Amplitude, BigQuery), GTM/GTG, Enhanced Conversions and CAPI
• iOS privacy-era measurement: SKAdNetwork/SKAN, AdAttributionKit, and consent/privacy frameworks
• Bidding and budget allocation strategy - value-based/tROAS and smart bidding, plus splitting and scaling budget across channels and units
• Incrementality and holdout testing - geo-lift, incrementality tests
• Solid grasp of subscription economics - LTV/pLTV, ROAS/ROI targeting
• Comfortable with data analysis (SQL, cohorts, dashboards)
• Ability to manage large budgets

Will be a plus:

• Experience in mobile subscription apps
• Track record of building marketing automation or internal tooling
• Comfort using AI tools in marketing/analytics workflow 
• Experience owning both technical measurement setup and the team that acts on it

What you’ll do:

• Own all paid acquisition across every unit and network (Google, Meta, TikTok, AppLovin, etc.), on both Web and App
• Own the technical marketing setup end to end - events, attribution, MMP, analytics - and keep it reliable
• Lead, mentor and develop the marketing unit team
• Manage budgets and deliver against ROI/ROAS targets
• Partner cross-functionally to unblock measurement, creative and monetization work

Now we are looking for a Lead PPC Specialist who will be responsible for managing and leading the Google direction for our new project

What you’ll do:

Plan, launch, and optimize PPC campaigns across Search, Display and pMa
Manage advertising campaigns to drive qualified leads, online sales, and ROAS growth Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify high-converting search opportunities on market
Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize bids, budgets, audiences, and ad creatives to improve CPA and conversion rates
Develop and test ad copy, landing pages, and audience strategies through continuous A/B testing
Implement and maintain conversion tracking using GA 4, GTM and enhanced conversion tracking
Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights
Manage monthly advertising budgets and ensure efficient allocation across campaigns and product categories
Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and new features within Google Ads and digital advertising platforms

Your professional qualities:

3+ years of experience as PPC/UA Manager
Experience of working with web funnels for mobile apps
Proficiency in Google Ads (search/display/pMax), Google Analytics and related tools
Experience of full cycle managing PPC campaigns: launch, analysis, optimization, scale
Experience of managing big budgets
Understanding of the marketing funnel and the main metrics (CTR, IR, CPC, CPA, CR, LTV, ROAS)
Proficiency in Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel
English level — Intermediate
Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision
Experience of working on multiple projects

Will be a plus:

Practical experience in any other media source (ex. Meta Ads, Bing Ads, Twitter, ASA, TikTok etc)
Understand the workflow of mobile analytics systems (Google Firebase, Appsflyer)
Experience of working with BI systems

- Ability to analyze funnel performance, identify drop-offs, generate hypotheses for improvements.

- Understanding of unit economics.

- Experience setting tasks and communicating with development and design teams.

We’re looking for a Growth Product Lead to strengthen our Product team and drive the global scaling of our products. This is a high-impact leadership role — you’ll own product development across the entire company portfolio and lead a cross-functional team of Product Managers, Designers, and CRM Managers.

You’re a great fit if you have:

• 3+ years in PMM / PdM / Growth Product roles, with proven experience leading a team or function
• Strong skills in task-setting and communication with dev and design teams
• Deep, hands-on experience with A/B testing
• Analytical skills (Amplitude / Tableau / Looker or similar)
• A track record in CRO optimization
• Real experience with monetization, unit economics, subscriptions, and billing models (pricing, offers, upsells) — and a data-driven mindset to match
• Solid understanding of mobile app and web industry trends, onboarding best practices, and web-to-web / web-to-app funnels
• Experience hiring and onboarding PMM/product specialists
• A history of standardizing and scaling processes for a PMM function across multiple products

Will be a plus:

• Experience launching projects from scratch to full delivery (especially in marketing)
• Additional experience in marketing, product, or analytics
• Understanding of release and store-review processes
• Experience managing PMM work across several products/units in parallel

What you’ll do:

• Strategic vision for the PMM function across all products — partnering closely with Growth Managers to align PMM strategy with unit growth goals
• Backlog ownership, from idea to launch, with sharp prioritization
• Market research and identifying (then implementing) the monetization models that actually move the needle
• Deep-dive work with analytics, metrics, and financial performance
• Cross-functional collaboration to scale products within their category
• Hiring and onboarding new PMM talent
• Running regular team checkpoints, offering hands-on technical support, and sharing your lead-level expertise
• Driving alignment across and within teams
• Building and standardizing processes for the PMM function
• Leading training and knowledge-sharing initiatives, both within the team and beyond

What you’ll do:

• Manage and optimize advertising campaigns across various paid marketing channels, including Meta Ads, Google, TikTok, and more;
• Develop, oversee, and optimize advertising campaigns to meet and exceed target volumes and ROMI
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, forming well-informed perspectives on takeaways, future steps, and potential enhancements
• Optimize resource allocation by refining campaigns based on data-driven insights from A/B tests and other analytics

About you:

• 3+ years in a similar position in user acquisition or performance marketing, with proven success in managing significant advertising budgets
• Strong analytical abilities, experience with A/B testing, and a genuine enthusiasm for data analysis and interpretation
• Proficient in using advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads
• Experience with user acquisition for mobile apps and web funnels;
• English level Intermediate or higher
• Ability to work and analyze data using AppsFlyer, Tableau;

• Exceptional problem-solving skills driven by a creative and analytical mindset
