It’s time to move from MVP to MLP, launch mobile apps on iOS and Android, and unlock more value for our users. This is a unique opportunity to join as a Product Manager, be among the first team members, and grow into a Head of Product role while taking ownership of key product areas.

    What you’ll do:

    • Form and lead the product team, launch development, and take full ownership of the entire process
    • Own the full product development cycle: from competitive research and scoping to execution and continuous improvement based on data
    • Build and scale the mobile product from the ground up, contributing to strategy and execution
    • Generate hypotheses and run A/B tests to improve product metrics and increase user satisfaction (eNPS)
    • Conduct ongoing user and market research to identify pain points and opportunities

    Your Mission

    You’ll work hand-in-hand with the Product Manager, creative, and performance marketing teams to transform hypotheses into measurable results — ensuring our users not only find us, but stay, engage, and grow.

     

    What You’ll Do

    • Drive growth of the Mental Health product through funnel optimization and A/B testing
    • Own unit economics: analyze metrics, identify growth levers, and optimize for LTV/CAC balance
    • Build and iterate user acquisition funnels (web + mobile) in collaboration with the product and marketing teams
    • Conduct research — user behavior, competitors, and market trends — to uncover insights for positioning and messaging

    Проводити глибокий аналіз даних, будувати зрозумілі та надійні метрики
    Конвертувати сирі дані у дашборди, звіти та ад-hoc аналітичні висновки
    Моніторити якість даних і проводити валідацію на різних етапах


    A/B тестування та зростання
    Запускати та оцінювати спліт-тести: формувати гіпотези, планувати експерименти, аналізувати результати
    Проводити сценарні аналізи, тестувати продуктово-маркетингові ідеї до та після релізу
