We’re looking for a Head of User Acquisition to strengthen our Performance marketing team and drive the global scaling of our products.

You’re a great fit if you have:

• Hands-on expertise across all major paid channels — Google (Search/PPC, UAC/App campaigns, PMax, Demand Gen), Meta (Advantage+, CAPI), TikTok, AppLovin and other ad networks
• Proven ability to run UA on both Web and App
• Experience in mobile subscription apps
• Experience managing teams of 5+ specialists
• Strong technical command of the measurement layer: event setup, attribution logic, MMPs (AppsFlyer), analytics (GA4, Amplitude, BigQuery), GTM/GTG, Enhanced Conversions and CAPI
• iOS privacy-era measurement: SKAdNetwork/SKAN, AdAttributionKit, and consent/privacy frameworks
• Bidding and budget allocation strategy — value-based/tROAS and smart bidding, plus splitting and scaling budget across channels and units
• Incrementality and holdout testing — geo-lift, incrementality tests
• Solid grasp of subscription economics — LTV/pLTV, ROAS/ROI targeting
• Comfortable with data analysis (SQL, cohorts, dashboards)
• Ability to manage large budgets

Will be a plus:

• Track record of building marketing automation or internal tooling
• Comfort using AI tools in marketing/analytics workflow

• Experience owning both technical measurement setup and the team that acts on it

   

What you’ll do:

• Own all paid acquisition across every unit and network (Google, Meta, TikTok, AppLovin, etc.), on both Web and App
• Own the technical marketing setup end to end - events, attribution, MMP, analytics - and keep it reliable
• Lead, mentor and develop the marketing unit team
• Manage budgets and deliver against ROI/ROAS targets

• Partner cross-functionally to unblock measurement, creative and monetization work

We’re scaling fast, and we’re now looking for an HR Generalist who won’t just support existing processes, but will design and build this function from scratch — with a clear understanding of the company’s current stage of growth and what it needs most right now.

What you’ll do:
 

HR Direction:

• Shape and run our performance review process, including development plans.
• Monitor team mood and engagement (eNPS or similar) and turn results into concrete recommendations.
• Own and improve onboarding and offboarding, including making exit interviews a consistent part of every departure.
• Drive internal initiatives that build connection and culture across a team (regular team activities, both online and in-person).

Talent Acquisition:

• Full ownership of the recruitment process for Senior / Lead / C-level positions.
• Build a hiring strategy for senior-level roles.
• Build trusted, effective working relationships with hiring managers.
• Partner closely with the CEO on building a strong team.

About you:

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally including at least 1+ year of exposure to HR / People Partner / HR Generalist work in a product or digital business
• Strong Talent Acquisition expertise: full ownership of the recruitment process; a strong track record of closing Senior / Lead / Head / C-level positions; ability to build a hiring strategy for key roles.
• Hands-on experience launching or running: performance reviews; development plans / PDPs; employee engagement initiatives; eNPS / engagement surveys; culture & values initiatives.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers.
• Strong business mindset — understanding of how HR impacts business outcomes, retention, and performance.
• High level of ownership, proactivity, and self-management.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills.
• English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher

Now we are looking for a Data Engineer to join our team, who will design and maintain our data pipelines, integrate with third-party payment systems, and work closely with our data analysts to keep our data ecosystem accurate and efficient.
 

What you’ll do:

• Write Python integrations with third-party payment systems (PayPal, Primer, Solidgate, etc.)
• Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines and ELT/ETL processes for internal DWH
• Ensure the quality of data presented in BI dashboards
• Collaborate with data analysts to troubleshoot data issues and optimize data workflows
   

Who you are:

• At least 2 years of BI/DWH development experience
• Strong hands-on experience writing production-level Python code, including building and maintaining integrations with third-party APIs (REST APIs, authentication/OAuth, pagination, rate limiting, webhooks)
• Hands-on experience integrating with payment/billing platforms such as PayPal, Primer, Solidgate, Stripe, or similar payment gateways
• Experience working with app store billing/reporting APIs (App Store Connect/iTunes, Google Play Console/Billing)
• Proven experience designing, implementing, and maintaining ELT/ETL data pipelines
• Experience working with cloud-native technologies (GCP/AWS)
• Knowledge of database concepts and hands-on experience with SQL
   

Would be a plus:

• Background in enterprise financial reporting and subscription monetization

About you:

• Strong SQL skills (BigQuery or similar).
• Solid understanding of marketing metrics: CAC, LTV, ROI/ROMI, payback.
• Experience working with large-scale datasets (transaction-level, event-level).
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate data into business insights.
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau/Looker Studio).

• Ability to work with attribution data and marketing sources (Meta, Google Ads, etc.).

   

What you’ll do:

• Analyze marketing performance across different channels (Meta, Google, etc.).
• Work with core datasets (spend, revenue, LTV, attribution).
• Transform marketing data into clear, actionable decisions for scaling.
• Analyze traffic quality, channel performance, and unit economics.
• Identify growth opportunities and initiate data-driven improvements.

• Work with LTV forecasts, payback periods, and scaling scenarios.

   

Nice to have:

• Experience with subscription-based products.

This is a high-impact leadership role — you’ll own product development across the entire company portfolio and lead a cross-functional team of Product Managers, Designers, and CRM Managers.

You’re a great fit if you have:

• 3+ years in PMM / PdM / Growth Product roles, with proven experience leading a team or function
• Strong skills in task-setting and communication with dev and design teams
• Deep, hands-on experience with A/B testing
• Analytical skills (Amplitude / Tableau / Looker or similar)
• A track record in CRO optimization
• Real experience with monetization, unit economics, subscriptions, and billing models (pricing, offers, upsells) — and a data-driven mindset to match
• Solid understanding of mobile app and web industry trends, onboarding best practices, and web-to-web / web-to-app funnels
• Experience hiring and onboarding PMM/product specialists
• A history of standardizing and scaling processes for a PMM function across multiple products

Will be a plus:

• Experience launching projects from scratch to full delivery (especially in marketing)
