We’re Applyft— an IT product company which creates value-driven mobile apps. Our journey began with the Geozilla family locator product, but now our portfolio consists of 8 apps in Family Safety, Parental Control and AI.

Now we are looking for a Strong Junior/Middle Manual QA Engineer to join our team.

What you’ll do:

• Manual testing of the web application (desktop and mobile web);
• Verification of UI, API, business logic, analytics, and payment scenarios;
• Requirement analysis, writing test cases and test scenarios;
• Bug verification and retesting;
• Participation in team QA processes: planning, daily standups, retrospectives;
• Collaboration with developers, product managers, and designers;
• Running and monitoring automated test suites (Python + Selenium), analyzing failures, and collaborating with devs on fixes.

About You:

• 2 + years of experience in web application testing;
• Understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies;
• Knowledge of various testing types: functional, regression, cross-browser, responsive testing;
• Ability to create test cases, checklists, and bug reports;
• Experience with bug tracking systems (e.g., Jira);
• Experience testing REST APIs using tools like Postman, Swagger;
• Confident use of browser DevTools (Network, Console, Elements tabs);
• Basic skills in working with SQL (MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases (e.g., querying, data validation);
• Experience validating integration with payment providers (e.g.,Stripe, PayPal, Braintree);
• Understanding of analytics tracking and experience validating events in Amplitude, Appsflyer etc.;
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript;
• Experience working with Git;
• English level: Intermediate (able to read documentation and write test reports).

Will be a plus:

• Experience with automated testing (e.g., Python, Selenium);
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and test integration;
• Working with sandbox payment cards;
• Experience with subscription-based payment models.

Now we are looking for a Middle/Senior Marketing Data Analyst to support analytics across user acquisition and marketing performance.

About you:

• Strong SQL skills (BigQuery or similar).
• Solid understanding of marketing metrics: CAC, LTV, ROI/ROMI, payback.
• Experience working with large-scale datasets (transaction-level, event-level).
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate data into business insights.
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau).
• Ability to work with attribution data and marketing sources (Meta, Google Ads, etc.).

What you’ll do:

• Analyze marketing performance across different channels (Meta, Google, etc.).
• Work with core datasets (spend, revenue, LTV, attribution).
• Transform marketing data into clear, actionable decisions for scaling.
• Analyze traffic quality, channel performance, and unit economics.
• Identify growth opportunities and initiate data-driven improvements.
• Work with LTV forecasts, payback periods, and scaling scenarios.

Nice to have:

• Experience with subscription-based products.
• Experience with payment data (Stripe, PayPal, refunds, chargebacks).
• Python skills.
• Familiarity with ML models and data science.
• Experience with Amplitude, AppsFlyer.

What you’ll do:
- Form and lead the product team, launch development, and take full ownership of the entire process
- Own the full product development cycle: from competitive research and scoping to execution and continuous improvement based on data
- Build and scale the mobile product from the ground up, contributing to strategy and execution
- Generate hypotheses and run A/B tests to improve product metrics and increase user satisfaction (eNPS)
- Conduct ongoing user and market research to identify pain points and opportunities
- Take ownership of in-product content creation to maximize user value

About you:
- At least 1 years of experience as a Product Manager, with successful cases of building B2C products
- Experience working with mobile applications (iOS/Android) and knowledge of guidelines of those platforms
- Experience working with content creation within product
- Strong empathy and product intuition
- Proficient knowledge of working with AI instruments for content creation (visual, text)
- Proficient in analyzing product metrics and enhancing them through hypotheses
- Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Tableau, GA and Amplitude
- Excellent communication skills
- High level of autonomy in decision-making, flexible and capable of adapting to changing conditions
- Ability to learn quickly and manage large amounts of information
- High level of self-organization and time management skills, with a keen eye for details
- English proficiency at B2+ level

What you’ll do:

• Manage and optimize advertising campaigns across various paid marketing channels, including Meta Ads, Google, TikTok, and more;
• Develop, oversee, and optimize advertising campaigns to meet and exceed target volumes and ROMI
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, forming well-informed perspectives on takeaways, future steps, and potential enhancements
• Optimize resource allocation by refining campaigns based on data-driven insights from A/B tests and other analytics
• Work closely with the creative team to create and approve creative and promotional assets

• Conduct marketing and competitive research to identify growth opportunities and implement strategies for buying and scaling advertising channels

   

About you:

• 2+ years in a similar position in user acquisition or performance marketing, with proven success in managing significant advertising budgets
• Strong analytical abilities, experience with A/B testing, and a genuine enthusiasm for data analysis and interpretation
• Proficient in using advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads
• Experience with user acquisition for mobile apps and web funnels;
• English level Intermediate or higher
• Ability to work and analyze data using AppsFlyer, Tableau;
