We build subscription-based mobile apps and are launching a new direction: organic UGC on TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. We’re not looking for someone who waits for tasks. We’re looking for a lead who will own this direction and build it from the ground up together with our COO.

Who we’re looking for

• Experience working with creators and influencers and running UGC campaigns at scale.
• Deep understanding of short-form content: hooks, video structure, native product integration, and why some videos take off while others don’t.
• Full ownership: you make decisions on your own, without needing approval for every step.
• Healthy initiative: when you see something that could work better, you propose it and make it happen.

• Fluent English: you’ll work with English-speaking creators across tier-1 and tier-2 markets.

   

What you’ll do

• Build the UGC direction from scratch together with the COO.
• Work directly with creators — up to 50 at a time: communication, motivation and content quality control.
• Write briefs, scripts and hooks, and hand them off to creators.
• Come up with and test content hypotheses.
• Track results and metrics.
• Prepare a weekly report on your work.
