We are looking for Junior Outbound Sales Representative

Responsibilities

* Research and identify potential customers based on the company’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).

* Conduct outbound prospecting through LinkedIn, email, and other channels.

* Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.

* Reach out to potential clients and create interest in company products.

* Schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives.

* Use tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Apollo for prospecting.

* Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and leads.

* Achieve monthly meeting booking targets.

Requirements

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Excellent written and spoken English.

* Proactive, motivated, and result-oriented mindset.

* Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

* Strong research and organizational skills.

* Willingness to learn and develop sales skills.

* Previous experience in sales, lead generation, customer support, or business development is an advantage but not mandatory.

* Interest in fintech, crypto, payments, or technology industries is a plus.
