We’re looking for a hands-on SEO Content Marketing Manager to help grow AndonPulse through high-intent content, organic search, and content distribution.

AndonPulse is a B2B SaaS product for engineering leaders. We help engineering teams understand delivery performance, forecast initiatives, identify bottlenecks, analyze engineering costs, and make better decisions based on their development data.

This is not a pure copywriting role. We’re looking for someone who can identify content opportunities, prioritize them based on business value and search intent, create strong content, publish it, and analyze what works.

The initial focus will be on bottom- and middle-of-the-funnel content such as comparison pages, alternative pages, "best tools" articles, use-case pages, and educational content around engineering management.

What you'll do

• Research keywords, competitors, search intent, and content opportunities.
• Build and maintain a prioritized content roadmap.
• Create BOFU content such as:
  • "[Product] alternatives"
  • "AndonPulse vs [competitor]"
  • "Best tools for [use case]"
  • software/category pages
  • use-case and solution pages
• Create educational content around engineering management, delivery, engineering analytics, forecasting, engineering costs, and related topics.
• Interview the founder or other subject-matter experts to turn domain knowledge into useful content.
• Write, edit, optimize, and publish content in English.
• Optimize existing pages and articles based on search performance.
• Improve internal linking, on-page SEO, titles, descriptions, and page structure.
• Use Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs/Semrush or similar tools to understand performance.
• Track rankings, qualified organic traffic, conversions, and other relevant metrics.
• Experiment with content distribution through relevant communities, directories, LinkedIn, Reddit, and other channels where appropriate.
• Help with occasional product launches and campaigns, such as Product Hunt.
• Explore SEO, GEO/AEO and visibility in AI search tools such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI results.

What we're looking for

• 2+ years of experience in SEO, content marketing, or organic growth.
• Experience working with B2B SaaS or another complex B2B product.
• Strong written English. You should be able to produce publication-ready content for a US/EU audience.
• Hands-on experience with keyword research and search-intent analysis.
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals and how content contributes to acquisition rather than just traffic.
• Experience creating or optimizing commercial / BOFU content.
• Ability to research unfamiliar technical or business topics.
• Ability to work independently: identify opportunities, propose priorities, and execute them.
• Comfortable using AI tools as part of the content workflow while maintaining factual accuracy and strong editorial quality.

• Experience marketing products for developers, engineering teams, CTOs, or technical B2B audiences.
• Experience with SaaS comparison and alternative pages.
• Experience with conversion optimization.
• Experience with link building, digital PR, or partnerships.
• Experience with GEO / AEO / AI-search optimization.
• Experience launching products on Product Hunt or similar platforms.

What success looks like

We don’t measure success by the number of articles published.

We care about:

• growth in relevant search visibility;
• rankings for commercially relevant searches;
• qualified organic traffic;
• visibility in AI search and answer engines;
• conversions from organic/content traffic;
• content that influences signups, demos, or pipeline.

Format

• Part-time: approximately 15–20 hours per week.
• Fully remote.
• Long-term cooperation if there is a good fit.
