Amplifa

WHO WE ARE 

Amplifa is a 1-year-old bootstrapped startup. Our primary product is an agent that finds leads and books meetings with potential customers for European industrial manufacturers. We are a tight, super productive team based in Dusseldorf and Tel Aviv. 

This role will work directly with the CTO and have substantial responsibility and input within the company. 

During the hiring process we will communicate clearly and quickly with you about next steps. Our goal is to find the right person to join our team for the long term, as quickly as possible. 

IS THIS YOU? 

The right person to join our team is a full-stack human. You aren't stuck in the code, you understand the product. You combine technical expertise with great communication skills, can work independently, and take pride in building stuff that people actually use.

• True full-stack developer 
• Comfortable with UI, backend, databases, and basic devops 
• Take pride in owning complex features from end to end 
• Loves building 
• Excellent written communication in English 
• Has strong opinions on the best way to work with coding agents 
• Experience implementing AI features at scale in production apps 
• Experience in Rails or similar frameworks
• Good vibes

INTERVIEW PROCESS 

1. INITIAL APPLICATION - Submit your resume and a 1-minute video (via text field in application!). In the video, introduce yourself and tell us about what you found most interesting/exciting in your most recent project. It doesn’t need to be perfect production, just be yourself. 
    
2. MAIN INTERVIEW - If you seem like a good candidate, we will then send you a link to book a 1-hour interview, which will include both general questions and a short technical screening. 
    
3. TAKEHOME ASSIGNMENT - If you pass the interview, you will receive an (interesting!) takehome assignment, with token budget. It should not take more than 6 hours. 
    
4. FINAL INTERVIEW - If you complete the takehome assignment to spec, you’ll do a final (brief) get-to-know you interview with the other founders, and we will discuss salary and onboarding.
