Amoniac is an Estonian engineering company that helps product teams improve software delivery through Platform Engineering, DevOps automation, Kubernetes, GitOps, CI/CD, observability, and cloud-native infrastructure.

This year we are changing our positioning from a classic software development outsourcing company to a Platform Engineering and DevOps consultancy. We are looking for a content writer / content manager who can help us build a clear content strategy and regularly publish high-quality content for our blog and LinkedIn.

This is not a generic copywriting role. We need someone who can understand technical topics, ask good questions, work with expert input, and turn complex engineering ideas into clear, useful content for CTOs, engineering managers, founders, and technical decision-makers.

What you will work on

You will help us create and manage content around topics such as:

• Platform Engineering
• Kubernetes and cloud-native infrastructure
• GitOps and deployment automation
• CI/CD and delivery pipelines
• Internal Developer Platforms
• DevOps automation
• Preview environments
• Observability and reliability
• Engineering productivity

• Technical leadership and software delivery problems

   

The main goal is to increase Amoniac’s visibility as a strong expert company in Platform Engineering and cloud-native delivery.

Responsibilities

• Create a content plan for the blog and LinkedIn
• Research relevant topics and competitors
• Turn technical ideas into clear article outlines
• Write blog posts, LinkedIn posts, case-study-style content, and short expert posts
• Interview or ask questions to extract technical knowledge from the founder/engineers
• Adapt technical content for a business and engineering management audience
• Improve existing website/blog content where needed
• Help keep the content consistent with our positioning and tone of voice
• Suggest content ideas based on current trends in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Kubernetes, and software delivery

What we expect

• Experience writing B2B content for IT, SaaS, software development, DevOps, cloud, or technical consulting companies
• Ability to understand technical topics without needing everything explained from zero
• Strong English writing skills
• Ability to write clearly, without generic marketing fluff
• Good research skills
• Ability to create structured content plans, not just separate posts
• Understanding of LinkedIn content formats and how B2B expert content works
• Attention to clarity, structure, and positioning

Nice to have

• Experience with DevOps, cloud, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Platform Engineering, or software development topics
• Experience writing for founders, CTOs, engineering managers, or technical audiences
• Basic SEO understanding
• Experience with Framer, Webflow, WordPress, or similar CMS tools
• Experience creating content for LinkedIn personal/company pages

Format

Remote, part-time / freelance / contract-based.

We are open to different formats: monthly cooperation, fixed number of posts per month, or project-based work such as content strategy + first batch of articles.

The exact workload and payment format can be discussed depending on your experience and availability.
