What you need for this role:

— At least 5+ years of successful experience as a Sales Development Manager or in similar roles.
— Work experience in outsource or/and B2B SaaS sales.
— Experience in the consulting sphere will be a huge plus.
— Proficiency in the preparation of presentations, agreements, contracts and other documentation.

— Experience in conducting calls with potential customers independently on all stages.

— Proficiency in CRM software (Pipedrive is preferable).

— Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential customers.
— Experience of working in fintech or banking markets will be a huge plus.

— Ability to adapt and learn quickly, work independently and as part of a team.

— Excellent verbal and written English.

Your goals in this role:

— Identifying potential customers and generating new business opportunities for the company.

— Contacting and qualifying potential customers, conducting initial calls.

— Managing leads through the sales pipeline by setting appointments, following up on leads, and tracking progress towards meeting sales goals.
— Work closely with the sales consultants to ensure that our company’s sales goals are met.
— Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Structured Approach and Process Adoption:

— Apply a structured approach to all design work.

— Embrace and fully utilize the processes implemented by department heads.

2. Learning and Development:

— Fully understand and continually improve the overall design process for projects.

— Explore new technologies, trends, tools, and methodologies, implementing them in collaboration with the Head of Design and UX Directors.

— Clearly explain processes and mentor Senior Interface Designers working on your projects.

3. Project Leadership:

— Successfully manage medium-complexity projects and small teams, including working on high-profile projects.
— Utilize discovery frameworks effectively, including:

  — Business interviews

  — Competitor analysis

  — Local market research

  — Best practices overview

  — In-depth interviews

  — UX/UI review

  — User testing

— Efficiently manage the team’s time and resources within project constraints, ensuring adherence to project budgets and rate caps.

— Lead at least one Senior Interface Designer on each project, effectively delegating tasks among other designers.

— Foster strong, trust-based relationships with clients to encourage future collaboration.

— Ensure all design work meets world-class standards, using best practices and established design principles.

4. Design Execution:

— Ensure all design deliverables are technically proven and development-driven.

— Focus on creating business-oriented designs that effectively address business needs and goals.

— Guarantee that every design produced is consistent, follows guidelines, and is ready for client handoff.

— Inspire and motivate the team to deliver outstanding results, even in challenging projects, ensuring top-tier quality throughout.

Requirements:

— Proven experience leading design teams and managing medium-complexity projects.

— Expertise in discovery frameworks such as user research, competitor analysis, and best practices review.

— Strong client communication and relationship-building skills.

— Ability to mentor and guide Senior Interface Designers.

What you need for this role:

— Proven experience in B2B marketing (experience in finance, crypto, or gambling sectors is preferred).

— Demonstrated ability to execute marketing strategies.
— Hands-on experience running successful marketing campaigns using a variety of tools and approaches.
— A track record of increasing lead generation (MQLs, SQLs).
— Familiarity with AI tools and their implementation in marketing.

— Experience in planning and managing marketing budgets.
— Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
— Strong strategic thinking and results-oriented mindset.
— Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher.

— Frontend Collaboration: React.js for admin portal and customer UI.

— Documentation and Monitoring: Architecture design documentation, CloudWatch, log aggregation.

Key Responsibilities:
Technical Leadership and Team Coordination:

— Drive and oversee all technical aspects of the project, from architecture design to code implementation and review.

— Work closely with the project manager to prioritize tasks and ensure alignment with project timelines.

— Lead the development team, providing guidance and support for complex technical issues.

— Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to coding standards, and promote best practices.

— Implement strategies to mitigate risks and ensure system reliability and performance.

Architecture and Business Engagement:

— Design scalable and robust architectures for data processing and API integration.

— Ensure the architecture meets both current and future business requirements, with a focus on flexibility, scalability, and security.

— Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business models and requirements, translating them into effective technical solutions.
