Akurateco is a payment orchestration and white-label payment gateway provider. The platform integrates 250+ payment providers globally and enables businesses to operate a fully brandable, PCI DSS-compliant gateway, managing multiple payment channels within a single ecosystem.

We are scaling and looking for a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to build and lead the global marketing function, driving sustainable growth across international markets.

Responsibilities:
 

• Own and execute the global marketing strategy aligned with business and revenue goals
• Build and scale a high-performing marketing team (in-house + external)
• Drive predictable lead generation and pipeline growth (B2B focus)
• Define and optimize the full marketing funnel: traffic → MQL → SQL → revenue
• Lead go-to-market strategy for products and new market expansion
• Manage and scale key acquisition channels:
  • SEO
  • PPC
  • content marketing
  • email marketing
  • partnerships & affiliates
• Own brand positioning and messaging in the global fintech market
• Work closely with Sales to improve conversion rates and pipeline velocity
• Implement data-driven marketing (analytics, attribution models, ROI tracking)
• Manage marketing budget and optimize CAC / LTV ratio
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior
• Oversee external vendors, agencies, and contractors

Requirements:
Education 
 

• 5+ years in marketing, including leadership roles in B2B SaaS / fintech
• Proven experience building and scaling marketing functions
• Strong track record in lead generation and revenue growth
• Experience in international markets

Skills 
 

• Strategic thinking with strong execution capability (strategy + hands-on)
• Deep understanding of B2B marketing funnels and buyer journey
• Data-driven mindset (analytics, attribution, performance tracking)

Role overview
We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to drive business growth in the UK market. This role requires a strategic and execution-focused professional with strong experience in FinTech / payment processing / SaaS, capable of building a predictable pipeline and closing complex deals.

Responsibilities:
 

• Drive sales of Akurateco products in the UK market with a focus on sustainable revenue growth
• Build and develop relationships with key stakeholders: PSPs, acquirers, merchants, and FinTech companies
• Own the full sales cycle: lead generation → qualification → negotiation → closing
• Design and execute outbound strategies (cold outreach, partnerships, account-based approach)
• Build and maintain a healthy and predictable sales pipeline (pipeline management, forecasting)
• Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and new verticals within the UK region
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align go-to-market strategy
• Continuously optimize sales processes, scripts, and conversion metrics
• Represent the company at industry conferences and networking events to generate new business opportunities

Requirements:
 

• 5+ years of experience in B2B sales within FinTech, payment processing, or SaaS
• Proven track record of closing complex and high-value deals
• Strong experience in building and scaling sales pipelines from scratch
• Solid understanding of the UK payments ecosystem (acquiring, gateways, regulatory context)
• Experience working with enterprise-level clients and long sales cycles
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Self-driven, structured, and results-oriented mindset
• Existing network in the UK FinTech/payments space will be a strong advantage
• Higher education in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related fields

Основні обов’язки:

• Моніторинг транзакційної активності та платіжних потоків у режимі реального часу.
• Контроль статусів платежів, decline-кодів і показників авторизації.
• Виявлення аномалій, збоїв інтеграцій і деградації роботи PSP/acquirer.
• Ескалація інцидентів та координація взаємодії з технічними командами, провайдерами й банками.
• Аналіз причин відхилення платежів і підготовка звітності.
• Контроль рівня approval rate
• Участь у налаштуванні алертів, дашбордів і monitoring rules.
• Мінімізація фінансових втрат через технічні помилки.

Вимоги:

• Розуміння життєвого циклу карткового платежу.
• Базові знання payment ecosystem:
  • PSP;
  • acquirer;
  • issuer;
  • 3DS;
  • authorization / settlement / refund / chargeback.
• Розуміння принципів побудови алертів та monitoring rules.
• Аналітичне мислення, уважність до деталей та структурований підхід до роботи з даними.
• Вміння ефективно використовувати AI-рішення для оптимізації робочих процесів.
• Англійська мова на рівні Upper-Intermediate для комунікації з клієнтами.

• Досвід роботи у fintech / payments / e-commerce.
