We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to drive business growth in the UK market. This role requires a strategic and execution-focused professional with strong experience in FinTech / payment processing / SaaS, capable of building a predictable pipeline and closing complex deals.

Responsibilities:
 

• Drive sales of Akurateco products in the UK market with a focus on sustainable revenue growth
• Build and develop relationships with key stakeholders: PSPs, acquirers, merchants, and FinTech companies
• Own the full sales cycle: lead generation → qualification → negotiation → closing
• Design and execute outbound strategies (cold outreach, partnerships, account-based approach)
• Build and maintain a healthy and predictable sales pipeline (pipeline management, forecasting)
• Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and new verticals within the UK region
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align go-to-market strategy
• Continuously optimize sales processes, scripts, and conversion metrics

• Represent the company at industry conferences and networking events to generate new business opportunities

   

Requirements:
 

• 5+ years of experience in B2B sales within FinTech, payment processing, or SaaS
• Proven track record of closing complex and high-value deals
• Strong experience in building and scaling sales pipelines from scratch
• Solid understanding of the UK payments ecosystem (acquiring, gateways, regulatory context)
• Experience working with enterprise-level clients and long sales cycles
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Self-driven, structured, and results-oriented mindset
• Existing network in the UK FinTech/payments space will be a strong advantage
• Higher education in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related fields

Our team is looking for Senior Monitoring Analytics Specialist.

Requirements:

• Experience working with NoSQL databases, specifically OpenSearch (Elasticsearch) is must have.
• Ability to build queries, filters, and aggregations in OpenSearch.
• Understanding of alerting principles and monitoring rule configuration.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a structured approach to working with large datasets.
• Experience with Power BI (building interactive reports and data visualizations).
• Experience with Redash (SQL queries and dashboard creation).
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in Machine Learning (building models for monitoring and antifraud) will be a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Development and maintenance of analytical reports for the monitoring team.

Ваш шлях у команді:

• Перші 6 місяців: Глибоке занурення в процеси, адміністрування поточної сертифікації, контроль дедлайнів у Jira та робота з документацією.
• Через рік: Самостійне керування новими проєктами сертифікації «під ключ».

Основні задачі:

    • Синхронізація статусів (таблиці + Jira):

        • актуалізація та відстежування всіх процесів і активностей у майстер-таблицях (Excel/Google Sheets) по стандартах (PCI DSS, ISO тощо);

        • створення, координація та актуалізація відповідних задач (Epics, Stories, Tasks) у Jira згідно з таблицями;

    • Робота з технічною командою:

        • доведення до команди (Dev, DevOps, Network/System Admins, Accounts) вимог та термінів, трансформованих у конкретні задачі в Jira;

        • отримання доказів (логів, конфігів, скріншотів) та їх первинна валідація (перевірка на відповідність датам, версіям тощо) перед передачею CISO та іншим C-level за потреби;

    • Сертифікація (наша та клієнтська):

        • підготовка пакетів документів та драфтів для підтвердження наших регалій (AoC) перед клієнтами (White Label, On-Premise) та банками — на фінальний апрув CISO та іншим C-level за потреби;

        • координація запитів від клієнтів на їхню сертифікацію у співпраці з Account/Sales менеджерами та нашими QSA-аудиторами;

    • Фіксація домовленостей:

        • участь у дзвінках (зовнішніх з аудиторами/клієнтами та внутрішніх з командою);

        • фіксація домовленостей та перетворення їх на чіткі списки задач (Action Items) у Jira із зазначенням відповідальних та дедлайнів;

    • База знань та документообіг:

        • підтримка актуальності політик та регламентів;

        • забезпечення порядку в структурі папок та в Confluence (версійність, наявність підписів, правильне розміщення).

• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of commercial software development experience;
• PHP: Proven working experience with PHP 7.4+ (8.x is a strong plus);
• Practical experience with a Symfony framework;

• Experience designing and working with RESTful APIs;
• Ability to write clean, well-structured, and maintainable code;

• Familiarity with code quality tools (PHPMD, PHPCPD);
• Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines;
• KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop and maintain specific functional modules and services;
• Develop and implement integrations with external payment systems and third-party services;
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, including unit tests;
• Actively participate in technical discussions, sprint planning, and team decision-making processes;
• Participate in refactoring and optimization of the existing codebase to improve performance and reliability.

Requirements:

• 1–2+ years of experience as a Technical Writer in IT (experience with API or developer-oriented products is highly preferred).
• Hands-on experience with API documentation (REST, GraphQL, or similar).
• Deep understanding of API integration processes, including authentication, endpoints, request/response structures, and error handling.
• Experience in optimizing documentation for developer experience (structure, clear examples, and use cases).
• Proficiency with documentation tools: Docusaurus, Swagger / OpenAPI, Postman / Insomnia, Markdown, and Git.
• Fundamental technical knowledge: HTTP, JSON, API calls, and CLI.
• English Level: Intermediate+ / Upper-Intermediate (B2+).
• Strong technical writing skills in English with the ability to communicate effectively with an international team.

Responsibilities:

• Draft and maintain technical documentation for the API and the core product (including internal system guides and client-facing instructions).
• Adapt API documentation for AI integration and compatibility.
• Optimize documentation to ensure seamless integration for third-party developers.
• Create clear code snippets, request/response examples, and detailed use case scenarios.
• Collaborate closely with developers, QA engineers, and Product Managers to gather technical requirements.
• Structure and standardize documentation to maintain consistency across all platforms.
• Audit technical content for accuracy, relevance, and clarity.

Additional Scope:

• Review, test, and validate documentation before publication.
• Manage documentation via Git workflow, making updates directly in the repository.
• Improve Documentation UX, focusing on navigation, searchability, and overall readability.

Nice to Have:

• Experience implementing AI assistants within documentation (agents, plugins, etc.).
• Experience working with Developer Portals.
• Understanding of SDKs and detailed integration guides.
• Basic knowledge of a programming language (e.g., JavaScript, Python).
