Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer science;
• Knowledge of English at the intermediate level (upper intermediate will be a plus);
• Good interpersonal skills and time management skills;
• Proven work experience as a technical support engineer or in a similar role for at least 3 years;
• Strong testing skills and knowledge of web services, APIs, and IP-based protocols;
• Ability to troubleshoot complex system and software issues;
• Client-oriented and friendly attitude, attentiveness, self-dependence;
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Motivation to learn new skills and technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Collecting as much information as possible about the problem and attempting to solve it independently or escalating it to the appropriate Tech team (QA, developers, BA, DevOps, or system administrators);
• Installing and configuring client connection systems, e.g. accounts, connectors, etc;
• Responding to client support requests;
• Repairing software system malfunctions, issues, and related problems;
• Evaluate and prioritize customer support cases;
• Respond to customer inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving challenges;
• Communicate and resolve customer problems via the Jira system or live chat;
• Act as the initial point of contact for all system related concerns from clients;
• Act as the primary liaison between company and your customers;
• Prepare accurate and timely reports;
• Tracking and managing work records and documentation;

Will be a plus:

• Technical support experience in card processing or fintech company;
• Having a higher or incomplete higher technical education is a plus;
• Jira experience;
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, like Computer Science, IT or Software Engineering. Microsoft, Cisco, Linux or similar certification.

Requirements:

• Previous hands-on experience in business analysis, particularly in the fintech, financial services, or payment processing industries.
• Experience with APIs, system architecture, or databases;
• Proven expertise in analyzing business needs and translating them into clear, actionable requirements (user stories, acceptance criteria, risk assessments, and dependency mapping).
• Strong understanding of system analysis principles, including data flows, architecture components, and API interactions.
• Solid background in Agile methodologies (JIRA, Confluence), with experience in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and documentation.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a focus on stakeholder management.
• Fluent in English (B2+) with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capture, analyze, and validate business requirements by working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyze third-party API documentation and create integration specifications for back-end developers.
• Maintain clear and detailed documentation, including use cases, process flows, UML diagrams, and wireframes.
• Define and document structured functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring clear prioritization based on business needs, feasibility, and risk.
• Act as a bridge between business and technology, translating business needs into technical specifications.
• Collaborate with solution architects and developers to refine system requirements and ensure technical feasibility.
• Assist in functional testing and validation to ensure that requirements are met before deployment.

We are looking for an IT Project Manager to join our team.

Requirements:

* At least 1 year of experience as a Project Manager in an IT company;

* Good understanding of Agile and Kanban methodologies;

* Good problem-solving skills, critical and analytical thinking;

* Experience with JIRA and its tools (JQL, Boards, Reports, Dashboards, backlog formation);

* Excellent written and oral communication skills;

* At least Intermediate level of English.

Will be a plus:

* Completed project management courses or IT education;

* Experience with complex software integrations with multiple stakeholders;

Responsibilities:

* Lead a software development team to complete projects within schedule and available resources;

* Manage the day-to-day operational activities of assigned projects;

* Motivate, guide, train and support team members;

* Manage customer expectations, monitoring and improving customer satisfaction;
