We're an official Odoo Global Partner based in London, delivering ERP implementation, support, and development services across manufacturing, logistics, financial services, and business services.

What we need

We're looking for a project manager/coordinator to join us on a part-time, contract basis, with room to grow into a larger role over time. This is about building out our project delivery capability more broadly, not a single fixed placement.

Responsibilities

• Track progress across multiple projects and keep stakeholders informed
• Identify and escalate risks or delays early, with clear reasoning
• Coordinate between internal teams and clients to keep delivery on schedule
• Maintain reporting and documentation to a consistent standard

What we're looking for

• Project management or coordination experience, ideally on ERP or software implementation projects
• Working knowledge of Odoo or a comparable ERP platform
• Understanding of organisational structure — how businesses actually run day to day
• Familiarity with a hybrid Agile/PRINCE2 delivery approach
• Early-to-mid career profile preferred; we provide structured mentoring and development rather than expecting someone fully independent from day one

Arrangement

Contract, day-rate basis. Part-time to start, with scope to grow into a larger role as demand increases.
