About the role

We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager to join our growing AI-powered VPN startup. You will be responsible for building and scaling our affiliate program, developing long-term partnerships, and driving high-quality user acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing affiliates.
• Negotiate commercial terms and partnership agreements.
• Monitor partner performance and optimize traffic quality.
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to maximize partner results.
• Research new traffic sources and partnership opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of Affiliate Manager experience .
• Proven experience working with affiliate networks, publishers, and direct partners.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with experience using tracking and reporting tools.
• Understanding of CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, CPC, and CPI models.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of results.

Nice to have

• Experience in Privacy, Cybersecurity, SaaS, or Subscription products.
• Existing network of affiliate partners in the VPN niche.
• Experience working with mobile apps (iOS/Android).
• Knowledge of MMPs, attribution, and analytics platforms.
