    Who We Are Looking For: 

    A Senior SDR whose main strength is manual outreach, personalized communication, and strategic hunting of creators.

    Key Responsibilities: 

    • Manual Outreach (Primary responsibility — 50–60% of time)
    • Research, find, and qualify YouTubers manually across multiple platforms.
    • Respond to inbound leads quickly.
    • Convert inbound interest into channel connections.
    • Conduct intro calls and product demos.
    • Track creator revenue potential, niche, risks, and monetization quality.
    • Build multi-step outreach flows (but keep messages personal).
    • Give feedback to the marketing team on creator insights.

     

    Requirements: 

    • 2+ years in sales / SDR / BD roles, ideally outreach-driven.
    • Proven experience with manual outreach — not only automation tools.
    • Comfort pitching on calls and in DMs.
    • Excellent written English (B2 at least) for natural-sounding messages.
    • Experience selling to creators, influencers, or digital communities is a huge plus.
    • Ability to research creators independently and intelligently.

    We’re now looking for an experienced PPC specialist to focus on video advertising, primarily on YouTube.

    Key Responsibilities:

     

    Hard Skills:

    - Create, analyze, launch, moderate, and live change an advertising campaign (Lead)

    - Create geo media plans (Shift up to 30%)

    - Create LookerStudio, Google Sheets reports

    - Analyze niches, keywords, CPVs, and performance metrics

    - Create advertising strategies based on niche, geo, product, etc

    - Keywords search (Junior-Middle level - without SEO team is a must)

    - Multisteaming Ad Campaigns moderation, leading, competing in time (Up to 20-30 active accounts)

    - Ability to create heavy, multilevel Ad strategies with A/B integrated tools

    - Ability to see the correlation between irregular changes, price movements, etc

    - At least 2-3 years of experience with Google Ads Campaign (Experience in YouTube campaigns is a must) and Meta Ads Campaign (more 1 years), Reddit Ads, TikTok Ads

    - Advanced user: Google Search, Google Sheets, Google Analytics, Google GTM, Looker Studio, SEO (Ahrefs, Google Ads Key Words, Google Trends, etc)

    - At least 10-20K$ total monthly Ad campaign budget

    - Experience with different GEOs (US, Europe, Asia is required)

    - Advanced Google Search user (Use cases will be required)

    - Google Ads Certifications

     

    Soft skills:

    - Knowledge of the Ukrainian language is a must

    - Digital geek (Active users of iPhone, Android, Telegram Channels, Web platforms, etc)
