    • Brand Positioning

      - Ensure that all communication aligns with creator needs and pain points, building trust and brand authority among creators.

       

    • Funnel Management & Optimization

      - Track performance at all stages of the acquisition funnel (lead β†’ SQL β†’ signed partner β†’ connected channel).

      - Collaborate with marketing analysts to monitor ROI, identify bottlenecks, and improve conversion rates.

      - Provide recommendations and insights to enhance partner acquisition and retention.
       

    • Cross-Functional Collaboration

      - Work closely with sales, onboarding, product marketing, and content teams to align strategies.

      - Coordinate with other Brand Managers to deliver joint initiatives and cross-sell opportunities within AIR’s ecosystem.

     

    Candidate Requirements:
     

    • 3+ years of experience in marketing complex digital products, SaaS, or B2B services
    • Proven experience driving demand and qualified leads for multi-step products or platforms β€” ideally with both form-based and self-service funnels
    • Strong understanding of onboarding flows, paid acquisition, content-driven lead generation, and full-funnel strategy
    • Solid communication and project management skills β€” from planning to execution and performance review
    • Upper-Intermediate (B2+) level of English β€” fluent writing and confident speaking
