Our core product is a marketing OS platform for growth teams — a platform that helps teams research ideas, create marketing assets, launch initiatives, track performance, and scale what works.

About the Role

We are looking for an early-career Product & Delivery Manager who wants to grow quickly in product development, AI tools, UX, delivery, and marketing technology.

You will work directly with the CEO, CTO, development team, and product users, helping turn ideas into released features:

idea → research → user flow → prototype → product task → implementation → testing → launch → feedback

You do not need to know everything already. We are looking for strong potential, ambition, speed, curiosity, and good product taste.

What You Will Do

• Turn ideas and user needs into clear product tasks.
• Research competitors, solutions, and user flows.
• Help define MVP scope and feature logic.
• Create quick prototypes using AI-assisted tools.
• Work with developers throughout implementation.
• Test new features before release.
• Collect feedback and suggest improvements.
• Help improve onboarding, UX, and product packaging.
• Learn marketing workflows: creatives, campaigns, analytics, and growth.
• Use and learn AI tools such as Claude Code, Claude Design, and Codex.

Who We Are Looking For

• 0–2 years of experience in product management, business analysis, project management, product operations, or a related field.
• Strong interest in digital products, AI tools, and startups.
• Ability to structure ideas and communicate clearly.
• Good visual taste and attention to user experience.
• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn fast.
• Ukrainian or Russian for internal communication.

Nice to Have

• Personal, university, or commercial digital product experience.
• Familiarity with Figma, AI tools, prototypes, or no-code tools.
• Basic understanding of software development, analytics, APIs, or Git.
• Interest in SaaS, marketing, advertising, or content creation.
