    We are looking for a talented Creative Strategist to join our team and take full ownership of the ad creative process from concept to delivery. If you have a knack for creating high-performing ads and a network of creative professionals, this could be the perfect role for you!

     

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the ad creative process from start to finish, ensuring the highest quality and alignment with campaign goals.
    • Collaborate with and manage teams of designers and videographers, ensuring smooth production workflows.
    • Bring a network of contacts with skilled designers, videographers, and other creative talent to facilitate the production of exceptional ads.
    • Develop innovative and engaging concepts, with a focus on mobile app advertising. 
    • Present creative ideas and strategies to stakeholders, incorporating feedback effectively.

     

     

    Requirements:

    • Proven track record of managing the ad creative process end-to-end.
    • Strong portfolio showcasing successful ad campaigns.
    • Background in mobile app advertising and/or UGC-style creatives
    • Hands-on experience with AI tools for ads and video (e.g., Arcads, HeyGen, 11labs, or similar)
    • Able to personally execute basic editing and design tasks to develop ad concepts from scratch
    • Established network of designers, videographers, and creative professionals.
    • Proficiency in English (C1 or higher).
    • Willingness to complete a test assignment as part of the hiring process.

    We’re looking for a CEO to lead our partner project β€” Affmy, an international company with 7 years of experience. Affmy unites a CPA network, an ad platform, and in-house products under one roof. The main focus is on dating offers across European and Tier-1 markets (Canada, Australia, Germany, France, Italy, Netherlands, etc.). The project is on the verge of a major transformation and ready to scale β€” we need someone with solid business leadership experience to take it to the next level.

     

     

    About the project:

    • An all-in-one platform: CPA Network + Ad Network + in-house digital products
    • Verticals: Dating (main), with potential expansion into Gambling, Sweepstakes, Webcam, Utilities, VPN
    • International team: about 25 people in the project (150+ in the holding)
    • In-house departments: media buying, sales, affiliate, tech, product, and finance

     

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Driving project growth and achieving financial targets agreed upon with stakeholders
    • Defining the development strategy β€” from business priorities to product focus β€” together with holding stakeholders
    • Managing the team: hiring, setting goals, developing talent, and tracking KPIs
    • Managing finances β€” budgeting and cost optimization in collaboration with the holding's finance team
    • Building or strengthening core processes: product, marketing, and operations
    • Collaborating closely with tech, product, affiliate, sales, and finance departments
    • Representing the project both within and outside the holding, including attending conferences and industry events

     

    We’re looking for someone who:

    • Has held a leadership role (CEO / COO / CPO / Head of Product) in building digital products within one or more of the following verticals: Dating / Gambling / VPN / Utilities / CPA apps, Sweepstakes, Webcam, or others
    • Possesses strong expertise in CPA and performance marketing β€” understands the ecosystem, players, and mechanics (smartlink, direct click, etc.)
    • Has experience in startup environments, with a mindset for experimentation and rapid testing
    • Has worked with webmasters, affiliate networks, and ad networks β€” a big plus

     

    The team:

    • Around 25 people in the project
    • Departments: Tech, Product, Affiliate, Sales, Finance, and in-house Media Buying
    • Additional support from the holding β€” resources, experts, processes

     

    What we offer:

    • Remote work, full-time schedule: 5/2, 8 hours + 1 hour lunch break
    • Compensation in EUR + profit-based bonus (discussed individually)
    • 28 working days of vacation, 14 official sick leaves + 6 additional sick days
