You’ll manage an existing team (Head of Marketing, SMM, outsource creatives) and work directly with the C-suite to set KPIs, build systems, and drive growth.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute half-year and full-year marketing strategies.
• Define and track KPIs for performance, lead generation, and team productivity.
• Lead weekly planning, execution monitoring, and monthly reporting of all marketing efforts.
• Systemize the lead acquisition + lead management flow.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in applying AI tools for work tasks.
• PR and partnership management experience is a plus.
