- Conducting interviews and assessing candidates’ professional and personal qualities.
- Collaborating with Hiring Managers to determine staffing needs.
- Developing and implementing candidate search strategies in international markets.
- Maintaining a candidate database and ensuring a high-quality candidate experience at all stages of recruitment.
Requirements:
- Experience as a Middle / Senior Recruiter for at least 3 years.
- Mandatory experience in iGaming / Betting and understanding of arbitration specifics.
- Experience working with EU markets.
- High level of responsibility and self-organization.
- Proactivity and strong communication skills.
- English language proficiency — Upper-Intermediate or higher.
