Publisher Manager / Hunter 🚀

We are looking for a Publisher Manager / Hunter to purchase traffic directly from publishers and actively develop our affiliate network.

What you’ll be doing:
🎯 Identifying and onboarding new publishers (websites and webmasters) to meet specific advertiser objectives and requirements
🎯 Negotiating and agreeing commercial terms and placement types
🎯 Launching, optimising and scaling traffic buying
🎯 In-depth analysis of platforms: traffic quality, format visibility, user behaviour
🎯 Identifying and testing new custom solutions and non-standard formats to meet advertisers’ objectives
🎯 Selecting formats with maximum visibility and engagement
🎯 Maintaining and developing long-term partnerships
🎯 Analysing placement performance, preparing reports and providing recommendations for growth

What we expect from you:

🧨 Experience working in ad networks as a Publisher Manager / Traffic Manager (minimum 2 years)
🧨 Successful track record of onboarding publishers (webmasters) to the network
🧨 Experience working with Tier-1 and Asian market platforms
🧨 In-depth understanding of ad formats: pop-under, banner, push notifications, VAST
🧨 Knowledge of monetisation models: CPM, CPC, flat deals
🧨 Experience in negotiating and closing deals with website owners
🧨 Knowledge of the specifics of adult traffic
🧨 Proficiency in Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, dashboards)
🧨 Experience working with SimilarWeb / Semrush
🧨 English — B2 level and above (all correspondence and negotiations)
🧨 Independence, initiative and the ability to prioritise tasks

What you will be doing: As a Partner Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with traffic partners. Your main task will be to increase volumes of high-quality traffic, optimise partnerships and ensure stable revenue growth. You will work closely with internal teams to develop and implement effective strategies. Key responsibilities: 🚀 Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing partners, ensuring transparent communication and full alignment with overall objectives; 🚀 Identify, onboard and develop new strategic partners to expand the network and increase traffic volumes; 🚀 Analyse traffic quality, lead conversion and campaign effectiveness, optimise partnerships and improve ROI; 🚀 Work with the Business, IT and BI teams to develop and implement strategies to enhance partnership effectiveness; 🚀 Negotiate and manage contractual relationships, securing mutually beneficial terms; 🚀 Monitor market trends, the competitive landscape and new opportunities, and prepare regular reports and strategic recommendations. Requirements: 📩 A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related discipline; 📩 At least 2 years’ experience in partnership management, business development or sales; 📩 A good understanding of affiliate marketing, lead generation and digital traffic management; 📩 Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills; 📩 An analytical mindset and a data-driven approach; 📩 Experience working with tracking platforms (Everflow, Tune, Voluum, Cake or similar); 📩 Fluent English (written and spoken).
