What you will be doing: As a Partner Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with traffic partners. Your main task will be to increase volumes of high-quality traffic, optimise partnerships and ensure stable revenue growth. You will work closely with internal teams to develop and implement effective strategies. Key responsibilities: 🚀 Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing partners, ensuring transparent communication and full alignment with overall objectives; 🚀 Identify, onboard and develop new strategic partners to expand the network and increase traffic volumes; 🚀 Analyse traffic quality, lead conversion and campaign effectiveness, optimise partnerships and improve ROI; 🚀 Work with the Business, IT and BI teams to develop and implement strategies to enhance partnership effectiveness; 🚀 Negotiate and manage contractual relationships, securing mutually beneficial terms; 🚀 Monitor market trends, the competitive landscape and new opportunities, and prepare regular reports and strategic recommendations. Requirements: 📩 A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related discipline; 📩 At least 2 years’ experience in partnership management, business development or sales; 📩 A good understanding of affiliate marketing, lead generation and digital traffic management; 📩 Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills; 📩 An analytical mindset and a data-driven approach; 📩 Experience working with tracking platforms (Everflow, Tune, Voluum, Cake or similar); 📩 Fluent English (written and spoken). 🔹 Responsibilities:

• Manage the full cycle of accounting in compliance with Cyprus legislation and IFRS standards.
• Analyze current accounting and reconstruct historical records from primary documentation.
• Prepare P&L, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet statements, overseeing all accounting areas.
• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
• Handle Payroll in Cyprus, including submission of all mandatory filings.
• Prepare tax declarations: VAT, VIES, IR7 (Employer), and others.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of accounting records.
• Work in QuickBooks Online: maintain data and optimize processes.
• Prepare financial reports for management and external auditors.

• Ensure compliance with EU VAT requirements and local tax legislation.

🔹 Our Ideal Candidate:

• Accountant / Finance Manager experience in Cyprus for 2–3+ years.
• Experience managing the full accounting cycle independently.
• Deep knowledge of Cyprus tax legislation (VAT, CT, VIES, CASP, Payroll).
• Knowledge of accounting and taxation in the UK and Belize.
• Confident in QuickBooks Online or similar accounting systems.
• Attention to detail, high work capacity, and ability to manage large volumes of documentation.
• English language proficiency Upper-Intermediate or higher.

• Work authorization in Cyprus or EU / Cyprus citizenship.

A product company specialising in performance marketing.

We are looking for someone special — not just a PM and not purely a technical specialist, but a true Guardian of technical projects.

What your responsibilities will include:

⬆️ Fully managing and seeing through all technical tasks to completion

⬆️ Writing clear, unambiguous briefs and technical specifications (so that the person carrying out the work has no questions)

⬆️ Document all agreements and keep documentation and the knowledge base up to date

⬆️ Independently carry out standard technical tasks: configuring postback/S2S, working with the Keitaro tracker, domains, subdomains, DNS, SSL, redirects, hosting, landing pages, etc.

⬆️ Gather requirements, break down tasks and make processes transparent

Who we are looking for:

🎯 Experience in affiliate marketing / traffic arbitrage is essential

🎯 Proficiency in Keitaro

🎯 Excellent understanding of postbacks, tokens, macros, sub-IDs and tracking mechanics

🎯 Practical experience working with domains, DNS, redirects and hosting

🎯 Strong skills in documenting and structuring information

🎯 Attention to detail and a love of order

🎯 Experience with Binom and Voluum, as well as basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or automation, would be an advantage
