We are a tech startup creating and managing digital AI models for Tier-1 markets, primarily the US and Europe.

We have advanced generative AI pipelines and a well-established technical infrastructure in place. We are currently entering an active scaling phase and expanding our Traffic R&D team.

We are looking for a smart and highly motivated enthusiast who is genuinely interested in AI models and their monetization. Your mission will be to take ownership of one specific traffic source — for example, Twitter/X — understand its algorithms inside out, and build a systematic traffic acquisition engine around it.

Why This Role Is Different

You will not be joining a fully built system — you will help create one.

The project CEO will provide you with the necessary resources, testing budgets, access to private training programs, and consultations with specialized industry experts.

What we expect from you: strong analytical thinking, hands-on execution, and the ambition to take full ownership of an entire traffic acquisition channel.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Research & Development: Complete specialized training programs funded by the company, study private communities and industry forums, and turn new knowledge into practical experiments.

* Hands-on Account Management: Initially manage networks of accounts through anti-detect browsers, warm up profiles, publish content daily, and interact with audiences while maintaining natural, human-like account activity.

* Technical Setup: Work with proxies, social platform limitations, account infrastructure, and methods for minimizing shadow bans and account restrictions.

* Analytics: Track conversion data, identify profitable traffic funnels and content formats, and determine which approaches generate the strongest audience response.

* Scaling: Once a manual traffic funnel proves profitable and repeatable, help transfer the workflow into automated systems using scripts and AI agents.

Who We’re Looking For

* Strong interest in the AI creator space: You understand or actively follow the virtual creator / AI model market, keep up with industry trends, and are interested in its monetization opportunities.

* Technical mindset: You already know — or can quickly learn — how anti-detect browsers, mobile proxies, User-Agents, cookies, and account infrastructure work.

* English: Confident B2+ level. You should be comfortable reading Western forums and communicating with English-speaking audiences on behalf of a digital creator.

* Autonomy: You do not wait for someone to explain every step. If an account gets banned, you investigate the reason, research possible solutions, suggest a new approach, and test it.

A Major Plus, But Not Required

Successful experience in traffic acquisition / affiliate marketing in grey-area or dating-related verticals, particularly with traffic sources such as:

Reddit, Twitter/X, Tinder, Badoo, Bumble, and Snapchat.

Experience working with Instagram, Threads, TikTok, or YouTube algorithms will also be a strong advantage.

International company providing ad accounts and infrastructure solutions for media buying teams, affiliate marketers, agencies and large performance partners. We work with Google, Meta, TikTok, DSP, Native and dozens of providers, giving clients stability, quality and speed.

The account management department is currently being rebuilt: high lead volume, heavy operational load, new verticals. We're looking for someone to build a well-managed AM department (currently 3 managers) — if you already have team lead experience in AM and are ready for the next step, this is your chance to lead the whole department.

What you'll be doing

Department management

• Leading the AM team: task allocation, workload control, KPI setting
• Setting up processes and SLAs between account manager → Supply → Finance → Client
• Team development: hiring, onboarding managers, communication standards and conflict de-escalation
• Direct work with key clients and strategic partners (negotiations, retention, upsells/cross-sells)
• Quality control of team communication, strategic pipeline ownership for major clients

Process & control

• Verifying data passed to finance and supply, keeping CRM up to date (accounts, statuses, balances)
• Building reporting structure: daily/weekly/monthly metrics
• Risk management: deal terms, overspend, account top-up tracking

Systematization

• Lead pipeline and SLA control, follow-up discipline
• Client lifecycle management, analysis of lead loss reasons
• Regular pipeline reviews with the team

Business scaling

• Building a sales and client growth system
• Working with large teams in iGaming, apps, eCommerce, fintech
• Joint strategic work with CEO, Finance and Supply
• Adapting rates and terms, exploring new markets

What we're looking for

• Experience in affiliate, media buying or B2B SaaS sales
• Team lead / group lead experience — 1-2+ years; overall management experience of 2+ years is a plus, but strong team leads without a formal "head" title are welcome to apply
• Middle/senior-level negotiation skills
• Experience working in international markets
• English (written and spoken): upper-intermediate+
• Ability to build processes and control KPIs and standards
• Understanding of ad accounts, MCC, billing, and risk management

Nice to have

• Experience in iGaming / apps / fintech

About the product

We're building a web product in the AI Girlfriend niche — one of the fastest-growing segments in the AI industry. The product is actively scaling, and we're now strengthening our performance marketing team.

What you'll be doing

• Launch, manage, and scale advertising campaigns in Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) with budgets of $100,000/month and up;
• Develop and test hypotheses across creatives, audiences, funnels, and landing pages;
• Analyze unit economics daily (CPA, ROAS, CPI, LTV, ROMI, etc.) and make fast decisions on campaign optimization;
• Work closely with the creative team: write briefs, test hypotheses, cut underperforming combos;
• Scale successful campaigns without losing efficiency;
• Track trends and changes in Meta's policies, quickly adapt strategy;
• Collaborate with the analytics and product teams to improve funnel performance.

What we're looking for

• 6+ months of Meta Ads media buying experience, with recent, active experience — at the time of applying, you should be running or have very recently run campaigns;
• Proven track record managing ad budgets of $100,000+/month on Meta accounts;
• Deep understanding of performance marketing metrics and data-driven decision-making;
• Experience with web products (landing pages, funnels, conversion tracking);
• Experience scaling campaigns without a sharp drop in efficiency;
• Self-driven, fast decision-making, ownership of results.

Nice to have

• Experience in AI products, dating, or dating web products;
• Experience working with a creative team and generating your own creative hypotheses;
• English language proficiency.

Who we're looking for

A Team Lead Supply who will take ownership of the Supply team and be responsible for the effectiveness of the direction: task allocation, KPI and SLA control, supplier network development, and the quality of operational processes.

We're not looking for just a strong manager or a technical specialist — we need someone who knows how to organize the team's work, plan workload, control results, and grow the direction.

Experience specifically in our Supply model or in iGaming is not required — what matters more is managerial and operational experience and the ability to quickly get up to speed in a new subject area.

What you'll be doing

Team management:
— allocating tasks and workload among Supply Managers;
— planning the team's work and monitoring execution;
— controlling KPIs, SLAs, and quality of work;
— prioritizing tasks and overseeing key requests;
— identifying issues in the team's work and finding solutions;
— developing team members and sharing knowledge.

Supplier network development:
— sourcing and evaluating new suppliers;
— growing the existing base and key partners;
— finding alternative suppliers for non-standard requests;
— assessing supplier performance and quality;
— deciding on onboarding new suppliers;
— overseeing the team's work with the supplier base.

Commercial terms and partners:
— keeping prices, commissions, limits, and other terms up to date;
— approving changes to commercial terms;
— controlling quality and compliance with agreements with suppliers;
— resolving complex and non-standard situations with partners.

Operational processes:
— controlling SLAs and task deadlines;
— controlling the quality of delivery and account handling;
— controlling the accuracy of information in CRM and working databases;
— analyzing bottlenecks and process efficiency;
— developing and implementing new processes and regulations;
— initiating automation and improvements.

Cross-team collaboration:
— coordinating the department's work with account managers, finance, and dev teams;
— ensuring timely information handoff;
— escalating and resolving non-standard issues;
— preparing regular reporting on Supply's work for management.

What you'll be doing

• RTB traffic optimization - your main area of ownership: analyzing source performance, optimizing buying, improving traffic quality, growing volumes, managing existing setups
• Working with RTB partners: communicating with current partners, quality control, relationship development, launching new opportunities (sourcing new partners is not a core task, roughly ~5% of time)
• Getting deep into the in-house RTB platform: understanding the technical side of the RTB ecosystem, launch processes and optimization, working closely with the CTO (no coding required)
• Financial side of the direction: reporting, tracking key metrics

What we're looking for
