We're hiring a Senior Media Buyer who has lived in the performance and affiliate world — someone who thinks in CPA, CPL, and ROAS and knows how to scale paid campaigns profitably. You'll own bid and budget strategy across Meta (primary), Google, YouTube, and TikTok, working shoulder-to-shoulder with our creative team to turn winning angles into scaled, profitable lead flow.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end media buying across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, YouTube, and TikTok
• Build, test, and scale direct-response campaigns against strict CPA/CPL targets
• Manage large monthly budgets (six figures and up) with daily optimization and a daily ship cadence
• Partner with the creative team to brief, test, and iterate on high-volume ad creative
• Own CRO across landing systems; work with the tech team on server-side tracking and attribution
• Read performance data every day — kill losers fast, scale winners aggressively
• Push lead quality and cost efficiency (we run at −24% average CPA and want to go lower)

Qualifications

• 4+ years in media buying / paid acquisition, with real affiliate or lead-gen / performance-marketing experience
• A proven track record scaling paid social profitably at $100K+/mo budgets
• Deep Meta Ads expertise, plus strength in at least one of Google / YouTube / TikTok
• Fluency in CPA, CPL, ROAS, LTV, and pixel / server-side (CAPI) tracking
• A direct-response instinct — you know what makes a buyer click, not just a browser
• Comfort with high volume, fast iteration, and full ownership
