    We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, a passion for business development, and the ability to effectively communicate with diverse audiences. This position requires a proactive approach to outbound calling and telemarketing, as well as proficiency in utilizing Salesforce for tracking sales activities.
     

    Responsibilities
    - Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outbound calling and networking.
    - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
    - Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
    - Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
    - Collaborate with the inside sales team to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.
    - Utilize Salesforce to manage leads, track sales activities, and report on progress.
    - Communicate effectively in English; Spanish language skills are a plus for engaging with diverse clientele.
    - Attend industry events and trade shows to promote products and services.
     

    Qualifications
    - Proven experience in outside sales or business development, preferably in a related industry.
    - Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
    - Experience in inside sales or telemarketing is highly desirable.
    - Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships.
    - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
    - Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
    - A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and overcoming challenges in the sales process.
