Our products contain vitamins and minerals that strengthen the immune system and improve overall health. We are actively expanding and looking for a Product Marketing Manager.

📌 Main responsibilities:
 

• Researching and analyzing references (top e-commerce players, competitors)
• Building page structures together with the team
• Coordinating content creation (copywriting, design)
• Assigning tasks for development and overseeing launch execution
• Handing over pages to the media buying team
• Tracking tests and performance results
• Initiating and launching A/B tests
• Assisting in the end-to-end preparation and delivery of new landing pages (3–4 new pages per month) 
• Participating in the creation of new pages (including B2B)

📌 Requirements:
 

• 1+ years of experience in marketing (e-commerce, content marketing, or performance marketing preferred) 
• Understanding of conversion principles and user behavior
• Experience working with landing pages and funnel-based structures
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Data-driven mindset (comfortable working with metrics and making decisions based on data)
• Basic understanding of A/B testing methodology
• Сommunication skills to effectively collaborate with designers, copywriters, and developers 
• Strong organizational and execution skills
• English at least at an intermediate level (for tools, documentation, communication)

📌 Preferred qualifications:
 

• Experience in DTC brands or fast-scaling e-commerce projects
• Familiarity with tools like Shopify, GA4, Hotjar, Triple Whale (or similar)
• Basic understanding of paid traffic (Meta Ads, Google Ads) and its impact on landing page strategy. 
• Interest in the Health & Wellness industry and dietary supplements.
• Basic UX/UI understanding

The Ad2Lynx team is actively scaling, and we are currently looking for an experienced Video Editor to join our dynamic team and strengthen our creative department.

📌Our ideal candidate:
 

• Has 2+ years of experience in video editing, particularly in creating advertising video creatives (TikTok / Facebook creatives, Reels, etc.) ranging from 10 to 70 seconds
• Is proficient in: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, etc.
• Has experience working with AI tools focused on realism (uncanny-quality output): voice generation, avatar creation, animation, and "bringing photos to life."
• Is a prompt engineering expert. Knows how to build and work with prompts. Can achieve the required results in the minimum number of iterations.
• Has an understanding of basic marketing principles and metrics: CTR, hooks in video, call to action, etc.
• Is a social media geek. Possesses "visual intelligence" (content awareness) that allows for designing native videos tailored for social media platforms.
• Can multitask effectively: works on parallel processes while content is being generated
• Is detail-oriented, capable of self-review, and takes responsibility for the quality of their work
• English level: Intermediate+
   

📌Nice to have:
 

• Basic skills in graphic design (Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator)
   

📌 Your responsibilities:
 

• Editing short advertising videos from scratch based on technical assignments (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
• Working with AI tools to create creatives (understanding of lipsync, motion control, etc.)
• Independent search and processing of video materials: color correction, sound design, graphics, effects, subtitles, etc.
• Close collaboration with the creative team at all stages of content production.
• Adapting and optimizing videos according to team needs and platform requirements.
• Preparing final materials for testing or publication.

• Competitor content analysis to track trends and maintain a relevant visual style and approach.

• Має досвід пошуку, брифінгу та роботи з UGC-creators, micro-influencers;
• Володіє інструментами для брифів та продакшену: Figma, Canva, ClickUp;
• Володіє англійською на рівні Upper-Intermediate (B2) і вище — для роботи з міжнародними креейторами, документами, AI-інструментами та глобал-ринками.

📌 Бажано, але не обов'язково:
 

• Має досвід роботи на ринках US / EU / UK / MENA в e-commerce;
• Знає основи копірайтингу для performance (Hooks, frameworks: AIDA, PAS, BAB);
• Має розуміння брендингу та позиціонування продукту;
• Володіє інструментами аналізу конкурентів: Meta Ads Library, TikTok Creative Center.

📌 Задачі, які ти будеш виконувати:

• Генерація концепцій та написання чітких креативних брифів для дизайнерів,, відеомонтажерів, UGC-креейторів;
• Робота з UGC та інфлюенсер-контентом: пошук креейторів, брифінг, контроль якості;
• Адаптація креативів під різні ринки, мови, аудиторії та сезонні кампанії;
• Побудова та ведення системи тестування креативів: гіпотези → запуск → аналіз → масштабування переможців;
• Робота з performance-командою (Media Buyers): постановка задач на тести, спільний аналіз результатів, ітерації;
• Аналіз ефективності креативів за метриками: CTR, Hook Rate, Hold Rate, Thumbstop Rate, CPM, CPC, CPA, ROAS, CVR;
• Документування winning patterns у креативну бібліотеку проєкту;
• Активне використання AI-інструментів для прискорення продакшену;
• Формування звітності для стейкхолдерів: що тестували, що спрацювало, які гіпотези далі.
