We are a boutique Amazon full-service agency based in Munich, Germany, managing PPC, catalog, and marketplace operations for established D2C brands selling on Amazon in the DACH region. Our portfolio spans ~15 active accounts across multiple categories. Client communication is handled entirely by our internal German-speaking team — you will not need to speak German or talk to clients. Your job is strategy and execution, at the highest level.
The role
We are not looking for a bid-adjuster. We are looking for a senior operator who can own PPC strategy end-to-end across a portfolio of accounts:
- Build full-funnel campaign strategies (SP / SB / SBV / SD) from scratch for new accounts — structure, budget allocation, targeting logic, ranking vs. profitability goals
- Define target ACoS/TACoS per product based on margin data and product lifecycle stage
- Own ongoing optimization: bids, placements, budgets, negatives, search term harvesting, dayparting where relevant
- Run structured monthly performance reviews per account and translate them into concrete next actions
- Develop and document playbooks/SOPs so the approach scales beyond you
- Work with our account managers, who brief you on client goals and relay your results
What we expect (hard requirements)
- 4+ years hands-on Amazon PPC experience, with at least 2 years managing multiple accounts in parallel (agency, aggregator, or freelance portfolio)
- Proven strategic ownership: you have designed campaign architectures and portfolio strategies, not just executed someone else's
- Fluent with break-even ACoS logic, TACoS steering, ranking campaigns vs. profit campaigns, launch vs. sustain phases
- Confident with bulk operations and at least one major tool stack (Helium 10, Pacvue, Perpetua, Adtomic, Scale Insights, or similar)
- Comfortable reading search term reports, SQP data, and category dynamics — and drawing your own conclusions
- Professional English (written and spoken); working hours with strong CET overlap
- You operate as a registered contractor/sole proprietor in your country and can issue invoices
Nice to have
- Amazon.de / EU marketplace experience (vs. US-only background)
- Experience in an agency environment with client SLAs and reporting rhythms
- DSP or AMC exposure
- Experience training/leading junior PPC executors
