This innovative learning environment offers course-takers convenient access to diverse training materials anytime, anywhere. It offers a digital learning environment where students can study at their own pace while receiving support from certified teachers. The Academy aims to be a comprehensive one-stop system, facilitating role-specific courses and fostering continuous development for employees. The tech stack of the project: .Net 6+, EntityFramework, MsSQL Server, Redis, Azure AD, React 18, Tailwind, Storybook, Vite, Typescript – SOLID, OOP and OOD.

Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain the project’s architecture, ensuring scalability and performance;
• Take part in hands-on development, delivering high-quality features using .Net;
• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner, Business Analyst, and other stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals;
• Set and enforce coding standards and best practices across the team;
• Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and promote knowledge sharing within the team;
• Oversee and improve CI/CD processes to streamline delivery;
• Work in an Agile environment, participating in planning, grooming, and retrospectives.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of commercial experience in software development;
• Proficiency in .Net;
• Experience with Azure services;
• Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines and GitLab pipelines;
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker;
• Solid understanding and practical experience with microservice architecture;
• Experience with gRPC communication;
• Experience working with Data Warehouses;
• English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
• Experience with React will be a plus

About the role:

Our client is seeking four experienced Business Analysts (BAs) with a strong background in EdTech, particularly Learning Management System (LMS) development. The ideal candidates will have extensive experience in Customer Journey Mapping, Agile Scrum Development, Agile Backlog Management, and User Story Mapping. This role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UX designers, and development teams, to define and enhance LMS solutions that align with user needs and business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Requirement Discovery & Analysis: Lead stakeholder discussions, elicit, document, and analyze business and technical requirements for LMS development.
• Customer Journey Mapping: Design and optimize learner/user journeys to enhance the overall learning experience.
• Agile Backlog Management: Define, prioritize, and manage the product
  backlog, ensuring clear and actionable user stories with well-defined DoR and DoD.
• User Story Mapping: Collaborate with stakeholders to structure and refine user stories for seamless functionality and end-user satisfaction.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with Product Owners, UX/UI teams,
  and Development teams to ensure alignment with business and technical goals.
• Agile Best Practices: Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives), supporting iterative development cycles.
• Process Optimization: Recommend improvements based on data analysis and best practices in Agile and EdTech.
• Interoperability & Compliance: Ensure LMS solutions comply with SCORM, xAPI, LTI, and other industry standards.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in LMS-related projects.
• Strong experience in requirement discovery and artifact creation (e.g., BRDs, user flows, wireframes, workflow diagrams).
• Proficiency in Customer Journey Mapping, Agile Backlog Management, and User Story Mapping.
• Deep understanding of Agile frameworks, including SAFe, LeSS, DAD, and Scrum methodologies (Scrum models N, N-1, N+1).
• Expertise in backlog management: Definition of Ready (DoR), Definition of Done (DoD), acceptance criteria writing.
• Familiarity with estimation approaches in Agile (e.g., story points, T-shirt sizing, WSJF).
• Experience working with educational technology solutions (LMS, CA,
  SIS) and understanding of interoperability standards (e.g., SCORM, xAPI, LTI).
• Technical BA skills are a plus (e.g., understanding APIs, REST/JSON, Postman, Swagger).

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Scrum Master to lead and coach Agile teams in delivering high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum frameworks, and Lean principles, ensuring seamless collaboration between development teams, product owners, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Guide teams in Agile best practices, ensuring continuous improvement and high efficiency.
• Act as a servant leader, removing obstacles and enabling teams to deliver high-value solutions.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and innovation across cross-functional teams.
• Work closely with product owners to refine and prioritize the product backlog.
• Ensure Agile principles are followed while adapting to the needs of the organization.
• Monitor and report on team performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments.
• Experience with EdTech is a must have
• Strong expertise in Scrum, Kanban methodologies.
• Experience working with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
• Deep understanding of Agile metrics and reporting techniques.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

Will be a plus:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification.
