    • CRM Management: Maintain existing leads database, register new leads and keep the platform up to date

    Requirements:

This role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UX designers, and development teams, to define and enhance LMS solutions that align with user needs and business goals.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Requirement Discovery & Analysis: Lead stakeholder discussions, elicit, document, and analyze business and technical requirements for LMS development.
    • Customer Journey Mapping: Design and optimize learner/user journeys to enhance the overall learning experience.
    • Agile Backlog Management: Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog, ensuring clear and actionable user stories with well-defined DoR and DoD.
    • User Story Mapping: Collaborate with stakeholders to structure and refine user stories for seamless functionality and end-user satisfaction.
