    • Requirement Discovery & Analysis: Lead stakeholder discussions, elicit, document, and analyze business and technical requirements for LMS development.
    • Customer Journey Mapping: Design and optimize learner/user journeys to enhance the overall learning experience.
    • Agile Backlog Management: Define, prioritize, and manage the product
      backlog, ensuring clear and actionable user stories with well-defined DoR and DoD.
    • User Story Mapping: Collaborate with stakeholders to structure and refine user stories for seamless functionality and end-user satisfaction.
