    Documentation: Ensure the consistency, accuracy, and relevance of all documentation aligned with internal policies and external requirements.
     

    Requirements:

    – Proven experience in regulatory affairs, compliance, or contract management within a corporate setting.

    – Strong understanding of the European Union regulatory frameworks.

    – Expertise in working with contracts and commercial documentation in English.

    – Fluency in English and Russian (or Ukrainian) is required.

    – Experience working with compliance matters such as AML/KYC, GDPR, or similar regulatory requirements is a plus.

    – Proactive and self-motivated approach with strong problem-solving skills.

    – Ability to work independently and within a team, providing clear and practical legal advice to management.
