Our business involves multiple partners, platforms and technical integrations, so the role is varied and highly practical. You’ll have the opportunity to work directly with real business systems rather than focusing on repetitive technical support.

We’re looking for a strong Technical Integration Specialist to join a growing US-based affiliate network and support the technical side of our partner, tracking, and lead-generation operations.

This is a part-time, long-term position for someone who genuinely enjoys working with integrations, APIs, tracking systems, troubleshooting, and figuring out how different platforms work together.

What matters most is strong hands-on technical experience and the ability to independently understand, troubleshoot, and implement integrations.

What you’ll be working with

• APIs, webhooks, postbacks and third-party integrations
• Tracking platforms and attribution systems
• Lead tracking, routing and data flows
• Call tracking and routing
• Pixels, conversion tracking and event tracking
• CRM and marketing platform integrations
• Troubleshooting technical issues across different systems
• Testing and debugging integrations
• Supporting partners, affiliates and internal teams with technical questions
• Identifying why data, leads, calls or conversions are not passing correctly

You should be comfortable:

• Working with APIs and webhooks
• Understanding how systems communicate with each other
• Troubleshooting integrations independently
• Following and interpreting API documentation
• Working with tracking parameters, events and conversion data
• Testing integrations and identifying where a data flow breaks
• Investigating technical issues rather than simply escalating them
• Working with multiple third-party platforms simultaneously
• Taking ownership of technical tasks and finding solutions independently

Media Buyer

Google Ads | US Market | Pay-Per-Call

We are looking for an experienced Media Buyer to join our growing performance marketing team and take ownership of Google Ads campaigns for the US market.

Our focus is Pay-Per-Call / Lead Generation, with campaigns across high-intent verticals such as Home Services, Insurance, Finance, Legal, and Healthcare.

Work format

We are looking to start with a part-time engagement, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role and build a long-term collaboration as the media buying function grows.

This is not intended to be a short-term or project-based position. We are looking for someone who can start part-time, get familiar with our campaigns and business model, and gradually take on more responsibility.

For the right person, there is an opportunity to grow into a Senior / Lead Media Buyer and eventually Head of Media Buying, with responsibility for building and managing a media buying team.

What you’ll do

• Launch and manage Google Ads campaigns targeting the US market
• Build and test new campaigns from the ground up
• Optimize campaigns based on CPL, CPA, conversion rates, call quality, and revenue
• Analyze traffic and campaign performance
• Scale profitable campaigns while controlling acquisition costs
• Test keywords, audiences, ad copy, landing pages, bidding strategies, and campaign structures
• Identify new opportunities for scaling
• Work closely with the affiliate and operations teams
• Help improve tracking, reporting, and media buying processes
• Take ownership of campaign performance and contribute to the overall media buying strategy

What we’re looking for

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads / performance marketing
• Experience working with the US market
• Experience with Pay-Per-Call, Lead Generation, affiliate marketing
• Experience in at least one relevant vertical: Home Services, Insurance, Finance, Legal, Healthcare, etc.
• Strong analytical and optimization skills
• Experience scaling campaigns, not only maintaining them
• Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions
• Good English communication skills
