The client is a low-code and AI software agency specializing in Glide, building production-ready internal tools, customer-facing apps, and AI-powered workflows for real businesses that is scaling fast and plan to double the team in Q1 2026, so we’re looking for Glide developers who truly know the platform.

Role Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Glide Developer who knows Glide inside and out and follows strong engineering and delivery best practices. You’ll work on real client projects, collaborate with product and design, and build scalable, maintainable Glide applications.

This role is not for beginners or no-code hobbyists.

Responsibilities

- Design, build, and maintain production-grade Glide apps

 -Architect scalable data models using Glide Tables, external databases (BigQuery, Airtable, PostgreSQL, etc.)

- Implement complex business logic using computed columns, actions, workflows, and relations

- Integrate third-party tools and APIs (Zapier, Make, custom APIs, AI services)

- Apply best practices for performance, security, maintainability, and UX

- Collaborate with PMs, designers, and other developers

- Take ownership of features from idea to production

Required Skills & Experience

- Strong hands-on experience with Glide (commercial / client projects)

- Deep understanding of:

• Glide data architecture & relations
• Computed columns & logic patterns
• Actions, workflows, and automations
• Performance optimization and scaling limits

- Experience integrating Glide with:

• External databases
• Automation tools (Make, Zapier)
• AI tools (OpenAI, AI APIs) — a strong plus

Nice to Have

- Background in software development (frontend, backend, or full-stack)

- Experience building AI-powered features inside Glide apps

Our US-based client in the retail industry is launching a long-term project in the marketplace/e-commerce domain. The engagement is planned for approximately one year with a possibility of extension. The goal is to enhance and support an existing retail platform that serves thousands of users and integrates with multiple external services.

Role: Senior CFML Developer

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize applications built with ColdFusion/CFML
• Implement new platform features and business logic for a retail marketplace

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior ColdFusion Developer to support a critical transitional project. Our existing marketplace platform, developed in ColdFusion and hosted on AWS, is being replaced by a new system built on a completely modern technology stack.

During this transition period, we need a skilled expert to maintain, stabilize, and improve the current platform while also preparing and executing selective data migration to the new solution.

This role is focused on enabling a smooth, secure, and well-structured transformation rather than long-term ColdFusion feature development.

Primary Responsibilities

Phase 1: Establish Proper Development Infrastructure

Your first and highest priority will be to introduce industry-standard engineering practices to the legacy platform:

• Design and implement a reliable CI/CD pipeline with dedicated staging and production environments
• Create fully separated development, testing, and production database environments (currently all environments are connected to the production database)
• Establish safe deployment workflows and modern version control practices
• Document the current system architecture, integrations, and data models

• Enable internal teams to work safely and confidently on the platform throughout the transition period

   

Phase 2: Data Migration Support (Later Stage)

Once proper infrastructure is in place, you will assist with migration-related tasks:

• Develop middleware components to support selective data transfer to the new platform
• Refactor and cleanse existing data to identify high-quality records that meet defined business requirements
• Migrate approved seller profiles, shop information, and product articles
• Ensure strong data integrity, validation, and consistency during migration
• Collaborate closely with both legacy ColdFusion and new-platform development teams

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on ColdFusion development experience
• Prior experience working with marketplace, e-commerce, or retail platforms
• Proficiency with AWS cloud infrastructure and services
• Expert-level knowledge of MySQL, including database normalization and data quality assessment
• Proven track record implementing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Experience with data migration or ETL projects
• Strong skills in data refactoring, validation, and cleansing
• Ability to work independently and take ownership during a platform sunset project

Project Context

You will be joining at a pivotal moment. The current ColdFusion platform lacks fundamental development infrastructure:

• No CI/CD pipeline
• No proper staging environment
• All environments share the production database

Your initial mission is to build a safe and standardized engineering ecosystem around the existing system so teams can continue operations without risk while the new platform is being developed.

Later, you will help ensure that only valuable, well-structured, and validated business data (sellers, shops, articles) is migrated to the new solution.

Project Overview
Our client is an early-stage startup developing a custom digital product with a modern frontend and a gradually evolving backend. They are looking for an experienced Frontend Developer to take ownership of refactoring and decoupling an existing frontend application currently built on Base44.

The main objective is to make the frontend fully independent from Base44’s platform and services and integrate it directly with a custom backend. The backend is being developed incrementally, so the work will be iterative and requires close collaboration, strong technical judgment, and the ability to work independently.
