About the Project
We’re partnering with a healthcare-related procurement platform built on Lovable and Supabase. The system already exists but requires further development to improve scalability, security, and analytics. Planned work includes building new features, implementing reports and dashboards, and refining the overall architecture.

Your Responsibilities
- Review and improve the existing Lovable + Supabase codebase.
- Design and implement new features, including reporting and analytics modules.
- Enhance system scalability, security, and performance.
- Collaborate directly with the CTO and QA to define requirements, deliverables, and test cases.
- Provide accurate milestone-based estimates and deliver reliably against agreed timelines.

Who We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of professional full-stack development experience.

- Solid hands-on experience with React, Next.js, Node.js.

- Experience with Supabase or PostgreSQL backends.

- Strong knowledge of Lovable (or ability to quickly ramp up on it).

- Understanding of authentication, security, and scalability best practices.

- Upper-intermediate English — able to communicate directly with the CTO.

- Self-starter with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.

About the Project

We are a US West Coast-based fintech company building the foundation of a new platform to transform financial data workflows. The founder has already created the initial infrastructure in Google Sheets and Google Apps Script, and we are now looking to extend and evolve it.

The immediate focus will be automating financial data workflows inside Google Sheets. Over time, this role will expand into building sophisticated financial tools with JavaScript, Node.js, and React, while Google Sheets will remain a key part of the ecosystem.

This is a unique opportunity to join at the ground floor, work directly with the founder, and play a central role in shaping both the platform and future technical team.

Team & Collaboration

Role Details

Requirements

- 2+ years of development experience, with strong skills in Google Apps Script and Google Workspace APIs.

Overview

We are a US-based investment management platform seeking a part-time Marketing Automation Developer to help us integrate, automate, and streamline workflows across platforms like HubSpot, WhatsApp Business API, Zapier, Make (Integromat), Google Sheets, and more.

You’ll be the first hire focused exclusively on automation and integrations, working directly with the founder and a small technical team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in no-code/low-code environments, enjoys connecting systems, and has strong problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

- Build and maintain no-code/low-code automations using Zapier, Make, and similar tools.

- Integrate CRMs (HubSpot) with marketing, messaging, and internal operations tools.

- Develop WhatsApp workflows using Twilio, 360Dialog, or direct API.

- Set up one-time data syncs and ongoing workflows (e.g., contact sync, event triggers).

- Implement data validation, filtering, and deduplication across workflows.

- Troubleshoot failed Zaps and automation issues quickly.

- Collaborate with the founder on marketing operations strategy.

- Document all workflows and processes for transparency and scalability.

Requirements

- Proven experience with Zapier and/or Make (Integromat).

- Hands-on experience with HubSpot (lists, contacts, workflows, webhooks).

- Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, JSON, and basic HTTP authentication.

- Experience implementing WhatsApp Business API (Twilio/360Dialog or direct).

- Strong attention to detail and ability to debug workflows.

- Excellent communication and documentation skills.

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior PHP Engineer with strong experience in the FinTech domain to join a Barcelona-based startup. You will work directly with the CTO, playing a key role in shaping the technical foundation of a banking-as-a-service platform that powers global corporate payment operations, including crypto-related services.

This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with immediate start. The team is small today but expected to grow quickly, giving you the chance to take on more responsibility and help drive technical direction.

Must-Have Requirements

- 4+ years of professional experience with pure PHP.

- Hands-on experience developing payment gateways.

- Solid background with CQRS and DDD.

- Expertise in hexagonal architecture.

- Practical experience with RabbitMQ.

- At least B2 level spoken English (comfortable with direct communication with the CTO and stakeholders).

Example Scope of Work (from the CTO):

- Developing and improving the payment gateway.
