2ops is looking for a Client Delivery Manager to manage client relationships and coordinate the successful delivery of international IT projects.
This position partially combines the responsibilities of an Account Manager, Project Manager, and Project Coordinator. You will act as the main point of contact for clients, manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and expectations, coordinate engineers, monitor delivery progress, and support account growth.
You will work closely with Project Engineers and the Lead DevSecOps Solution Architect to ensure that projects are delivered successfully and clients remain satisfied with the results.

What You’ll Do

• Act as the main point of contact between 2ops and assigned clients.
• Build trusted, long-term relationships with client stakeholders.
• Understand client business needs, priorities, expectations, and success criteria.
• Coordinate project kickoff, planning, execution, reporting, and closure.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, milestones, and deliverables.
• Ensure that responsibilities, dependencies, assumptions, and acceptance criteria are clearly defined.
• Maintain project plans, backlogs, action items, meeting notes, and delivery documentation.
• Organize client meetings, status calls, planning sessions, and follow-ups.
• Prepare clear and concise project status updates.
• Monitor engineering progress, workload, capacity, and availability.
• Coordinate priorities and ensure that Project Engineers have the information and access required to work effectively.
• Identify risks, blockers, scope changes, and delivery issues at an early stage.
• Manage organizational and commercial escalations while involving the Lead DevSecOps Solution Architect in technical escalations.
• Track changes to scope and ensure that their impact on budget and timelines is communicated and agreed upon.
• Coordinate communication between clients, engineers, architects, management, and external stakeholders.
• Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address concerns.
• Ensure that agreed deliverables meet client expectations and acceptance criteria.
• Support contract renewals, project extensions, and follow-on phases.
• Identify relevant upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on client needs.
• Support proposal preparation, resource planning, estimates, and statements of work.
• Maintain visibility of project profitability, invoicing milestones, and resource utilization.
• Coordinate project handover, documentation, knowledge transfer, and closure.
• Collect client feedback and help improve 2ops delivery processes.

Requirements

• Experience in project delivery, account management, project coordination, customer success, or a similar client-facing role within an IT company.
• Good understanding of IT consulting, software development, cloud, DevOps, cybersecurity, or managed-services environments.
• Experience managing multiple clients or projects simultaneously.
• Ability to manage scope, timelines, budgets, priorities, risks, and dependencies.
• Experience with project planning, backlog coordination, status reporting, and follow-up management.
• Strong client communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to coordinate technical specialists without micromanaging their work.
• Commercial awareness and an understanding of contract renewals, account growth, and service profitability.
• Ability to identify delivery risks and escalate them promptly.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Professional English communication skills.

We are looking for a mid-level DataOps Engineer who sits at the intersection of data engineering and cloud operations. You will own the reliability, performance, and automation of our data pipelines and data platform on Azure – making sure data flows from source to consumers predictably, efficiently, and at scale. You are equally comfortable debugging a broken ADF pipeline and writing Terraform to provision a new Databricks workspace.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines in Azure Data Factory and Databricks
• Manage and optimise data warehouse solutions on Azure Synapse Analytics and/or Databricks Lakehouse
• Lead or support migrations between data platform technologies (e.g. Synapse to Databricks)
• Implement infrastructure-as-code for data platform resources using Terraform
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines for data workflows in Azure DevOps and GitHub
• Monitor data platform health; set up alerting, lineage tracking, and data quality checks
• Prepare FinOps and SecOps reports related to data platform usage and costs
• Containerise and deploy data services using Docker and Kubernetes where needed
• Collaborate closely with data engineers, analysts, and software developers
• Write and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and onboarding guides

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in DataOps, data engineering, or cloud data platform operations
• Azure data stack: Azure Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, Databricks (hands-on, production)
• Experience with Azure Fabric & Power BI reporting
• Infrastructure-as-code: Terraform for provisioning data platform resources
• CI/CD for data: Azure DevOps pipelines, version-controlled notebooks and configs
• Scripting and automation: Python and/or PowerShell
• Containers: Docker; Kubernetes for orchestration
• SQL proficiency — querying, tuning, and troubleshooting data warehouse workloads
• Solid understanding of data warehouse concepts (ELT/ETL, partitioning, medallion architecture)
• Good understanding of English – minimum Upper-Intermediate level

Nice to Have

• Azure certifications: Microsoft Certified in Azure Data Engineer Associate (DP-203), Azure Database Administrator Associate (DP-300), or Fabric Analytics Engineer Associate (DP-600).
• Familiarity with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Azure Monitor.
• Basic understanding of cloud security practices.

Requirements

• Minimum 2.5 years of commercial experience as a DevOps Engineer, Cloud Engineer, DataOps Engineer, or similar role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and Azure DevOps.
• Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code, preferably Terraform.
• Exposure to data-oriented environments, including databases, data platforms, ETL/ELT pipelines, analytics platforms, or DataOps practices.
• Understanding of database administration concepts, performance optimization, backup strategies, and operational support is highly valued.
• Familiarity with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Azure SQL, Synapse Analytics, Databricks, or similar technologies is a plus.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.
• Clear communication and a proactive mindset.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2)
