The Role 
We are looking for a DevOps Lead who will guide our internal team and partner with clients to bring strong Azure DevOps expertise. This role combines technical leadership, client engagement, and pre-sales support. This is an opportunity to leverage your personality and experience to shape modern applications, products, and systems. What You’ll Do

• Lead and mentor the DevOps team, ensuring delivery quality and alignment with best practices.
• Design, implement, and improve CI/CD pipelines using Github, Gitlab and Azure DevOps.
• Partner with clients to understand requirements and propose the right DevOps and Cloud solutions.
• Participate in pre-sales and discovery sessions, bringing technical expertise to solution design.
• Drive adoption of automation, infrastructure as code, and cloud-native practices.
• Ensure systems are secure, scalable, and well-monitored with Grafana Stack. 
• Act as a trusted advisor for clients on their DevOps and Cloud strategy.
  
  What We’re Looking For
• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or Lead, with deep expertise in Azure DevOps.
• Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure (Azure preferred, AWS or GCP is a plus).
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code (Terraform).
• Experience leading teams and working directly with clients.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to contribute in pre-sales conversations and discovery workshops.
  
  Nice to Have
• Certifications in Azure, AWS or GCP.
• Security knowledge and skills. 
• Familiarity with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Azure Monitor).
