Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as QA Lead / Senior QA in game development, preferably with mobile games.
• Strong understanding of mobile app testing (Android & iOS).
• Proven experience in managing a QA team (5+ people).
• Knowledge of Unity project specifics and game development lifecycle.
• Ability to create clear documentation (test cases, test plans, checklists).
• Hands-on experience with bug-tracking systems (Jira, Trello, YouTrack).
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proactive attitude.

• English: intermediate or higher.

• Experience with automated testing for mobile games.
• Understanding of free-to-play game mechanics and game design principles.

HR Manager

We’re growing and looking for a hands-on HR Manager to strengthen people operations in our comfortable Kyiv office (Beresteyska).
 

Main Responsibilities:

• Monitor HR processes and prepare regular reports (HR and Recruitment metrics).
• Own employee lifecycle: onboarding/offboarding, probation tracking, adaptation, 1:1s, assessment.
• Shape and scale corporate culture, engagement, and internal communications.
• Design and roll out HR initiatives (HR policy development, people engagement, wellbeing etc.).
• Plan HR budgets, track expenses, and optimize contracts.
• Build and maintain HR policies and process documentation; ensure accurate document flow.
