You will define product strategy, translate business needs into clear requirements, and work closely with engineering, design, and operations teams to deliver a high-quality logistics product.
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, including direct work with TMS, logistics, supply-chain platforms.
- Strong understanding of transportation workflows: order management, routing, carrier management, freight optimization, tracking, billing, and integrations.
- Experience defining product vision, roadmaps, and requirements for complex B2B systems.
- Ability to translate operational/logistics problems into clear product specs and user flows.
- Strong analytical mindset: data-driven decision making, KPI ownership, working with dashboards/metrics.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams: engineering, design, sales, operations.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with enterprise clients and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Own the product lifecycle of the TMS platform: discovery, requirements, delivery, rollout, and optimization.
- Define product roadmap, prioritize features, and manage the backlog based on customer needs and business value.
- Collaborate with engineering to build scalable, reliable TMS modules (routing, dispatching, transport planning, tracking, integrations).
- Gather feedback from clients, carriers, and operations teams to identify pain points and transform them into actionable features.
- Drive improvements in UX, automation, and workflow efficiency across the TMS ecosystem.
- Work with data teams to track KPIs, analyze product performance, and optimize conversion and operational metrics.
- Prepare documentation, release notes, and support internal teams with product expertise.
- Contribute to long-term product strategy and ensure alignment with business goals.
