We are seeking an independent, open-minded, and highly motivated Social Media Manager to strengthen our digital presence, grow engaged communities, and support content strategy across both divisions.

This is a remote, full-time position for a creative and organized professional who understands both B2B and B2C marketing and knows how to turn brand stories into compelling, results-driven content.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Reddit.

• Grow and manage engaged communities across our social platforms.

• Lead LinkedIn content development, engagement, and account growth.

• Build and manage content calendars for both the Commercial and Family divisions.

• Work closely with the Marketing Director to plan content production days, campaigns, and creative workflows in advance.

Required Qualifications

• Proven professional experience in social media management.

• Experience with both B2B and B2C marketing.

• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and their respective audiences.

• Experience with targeted social media advertising, particularly retargeting campaigns.

• Proficiency in Canva and familiarity with Figma and modern marketing tools.

• Strong content-planning, project-management, and organizational skills.

• Ability to create clear creative briefs and technical assignments for editors.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is proactive, creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership. You should be able to think strategically while also managing day-to-day execution: from planning content and briefing editors to publishing posts, engaging with the community, and supporting retargeting campaigns.

Mission of the Role:

You are the first content hire and the first public face of the brand: you own the engine end-to-end, from strategy to the post itself, across Instagram, LinkedIn, and X, with an AI stack that lets one operator do the work of a small content team. Turn longevity science (dense, fragmented, intimidating) into content American consumers actually understand, save, and share.

Core Responsibilities:

• Own the content strategy from zero: positioning, tone of voice, content pillars, and a rolling monthly calendar for a US audience. There is no brand book and no brief waiting for you. You write both.
• Run the channels end-to-end: Instagram (Reels, carousels, Stories), LinkedIn (including posts under the founder's name), and X. Each channel gets native formats, not one post copy-pasted three ways.
• Produce the creative yourself: visuals in Canva/Figma, short-form video shot on a phone and cut in CapCut. There is no designer and no producer. Taste is part of the job spec.
• Build the community: comments, DMs, early-user relationships. The first cohort of people who care about Chia is yours to find and keep.
• Own social metrics end-to-end: reach, engagement, saves, follower growth by channel. Weekly hypothesis → test → learning loop, documented so it compounds.
• Run an AI-native content workflow: Claude/ChatGPT for research and drafts, Midjourney/Ideogram for visuals. Target: content throughput that would otherwise require three people.

Requirements:

Must have:

• 2–4 years in social media / content / community at a US-facing product company: in-house, not agency or outsourcing. You owned a brand, you didn't execute someone else's brief.
• Native or near-native English: you write for a US audience with cultural fluency and a real voice. This is a writing role in English; there is no localization step and no editor behind you.
• A portfolio of live accounts you personally ran, from strategy through publishing. With numbers, and with an honest account of what didn't work.
• Full-cycle execution: idea → copy → visual → publish → analyze, done by you, without handoffs.
• Instagram as your core surface: Reels, carousels, Stories, and the direct-message layer underneath them.
• Hands-on creative production: Canva (required), Figma (plus), phone-shot video and CapCut editing.
• Comfort with ambiguity: pre-seed means there's no playbook. You're inventing the process while running it.
• Strong AI workflow practice: daily Claude/ChatGPT use, hands-on with content automation.
• Personal interest in the topics: health, wellness, longevity.

Nice to have:

• Professional background in longevity, wellness, healthspan, or biohacking.
• Track record launching an account from zero to a meaningful US audience.
• Experience building a founder's personal brand.
• Familiarity with FDA-friendly marketing claims (or willingness to learn fast).
• Pre-seed/seed startup experience where you had to invent the playbook, not follow one.

Explicitly not a fit:

• Strategists who direct a team of designers and copywriters: there is no team.
• Performance/paid acquisition specialists: that is a different role at Chia.
• Portfolios of polished decks with no live accounts behind them.
• Anyone whose English works for messaging but not for writing brand voice.

Expected Results (Probation KPIs, 90 days):

Day 30: Content strategy and tone of voice documented and approved. All three channels live and posting on a consistent cadence (target: ≥X posts/week per channel, we'll align on numbers). Baseline metrics established.

Day 60: A repeatable weekly content engine running (concept → creative → publish → review) with the founder-voice LinkedIn track fully owned by the SMM. Measurable engagement and follower growth vs. the Day-30 baseline, with documented learnings.

Day 90: Content calendar owned independently one month ahead. At least one format proven to outperform baseline and scaled. Community layer active: DMs and comments handled within 24h, first cohort of ≥Y engaged US followers identifiable.

Qualitative: CEO trusts the SMM to publish under his name without line-editing. Content ideas originate with the SMM, not with the founder.

What to Expect in the Interview Process:

• Culture Fit / Soft Skills Interview (up to 60 min), with Recruiting Manager. Values alignment, communication style, and vibe check. We're listening for directness and clarity of thinking.
• Work Product Review / Portfolio Deep-Dive. Candidate walks through 2–3 live accounts they personally ran: what the strategy was, why those formats, what the numbers did, what they'd do differently. No prep needed: real accounts, not a polished version. We're looking for taste, systems thinking, and honesty about what flopped. We follow up within 3 business days.
• Technical Interview with CEO (60 min). Deep dive into hard skills: what you built, decisions made, what you'd do differently. We also cover Chia's mission and your motivation for working in longevity at pre-seed.
• Test Assignment (up to 1 hour, if needed). One short, realistic task (for example, a founder-voice LinkedIn post or a Reels script for Chia) if the portfolio left open questions. If it didn't, we skip this step.
• Reference Collection. 2–3 references from former managers or collaborators. We actively probe for challenges and failures, not just highlights.
• 2-week paid trial. Real tasks with the team, mutual evaluation: the first two-week content plan, live posts, and the AI workflow in action happen here, paid, not as an unpaid take-home.
• We send candidates a short prep doc with links to our product, market, and content references, so everyone walks into the process with the same baseline.

We are looking for a motivated Junior Crypto Media Buyer to join our performance marketing team full-time.

This role is suitable for someone who has a strong understanding of digital advertising and performance marketing and wants to build a career in Crypto Media Buying.

Previous hands-on media buying experience is a plus, but not mandatory. We are also open to candidates with limited practical experience who have independently studied media buying, understand how advertising campaigns and funnels work, and are highly motivated to learn and grow.

We are looking for a Senior Media Buyer to own paid acquisition in the financial publishing vertical on Meta and Google. We work with the top partners in the space, so you will have strong offers to run. Offer access is not the hard part. Performance is. What we need is someone who can take a proven offer, find the angle, and make it profitable at scale.
 

This is not a role for someone who maintains campaigns that already work. It is a full ownership seat for a buyer who can walk into a cold offer with no creative history, form a view on the angle within a day, get it live, kill what is not working fast, and scale what is. You will be judged on profit, not on impressions, click-through rates, or how busy the account looks.

The work sits in financial publishing, but we are not hiring someone who has only ever bought in one place. Buyers who spent an entire career optimizing inside a single niche arrive with one playbook and no
second move when it stops working. Buyers who have run financial, health, auto, home, or other direct response markets and stayed profitable across them bring range, and range is what holds up when a
channel shifts or an angle burns out.

This is a hands-on seat and it stays that way. You are in the accounts yourself, at pace, with serious budget behind you. What comes with that is full ownership: the strategy is yours to set, the decisions are
yours to make, and the results are visible to everyone.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN
Offer launch and profitable scale:
● Take financial publishing offers from cold launch to profitable scale on Meta and Google
● Own the full campaign lifecycle: research, angle selection, launch, optimization, scaling, and the decision to cut
● Own the profit and loss on every campaign you run. Payout, cost per acquisition, margin, and volume are your numbers to defend
● Decide which channel fits which offer rather than pushing everything through the same playbook
● Prioritize ruthlessly across the offers available to you. Know which ones deserve budget this week and which do not
● Scale winners aggressively without letting performance collapse under the extra spend
● Build repeatable launch playbooks so a new offer goes live in days, not weeks

Creative direction and angle development:
● Own the angle. You decide what the hook is, who it speaks to, and why it will convert before
anything gets designed
● Brief designers, copywriters, and video editors with enough specificity that the first round is testable rather than decorative
● Build and maintain a creative testing pipeline with the volume and cadence the platforms demand
● Own advertorials, pre-landers, and landing page angles alongside the ad creative, and test the full path rather than the ad in isolation
● Adapt the approach to the channel. Interruption traffic and intent traffic need different angles, different funnels, and different proof
● Run competitive and market research continuously. Know what is running, what is fatiguing, and what is about to work
● Use AI tools to increase creative throughput and research speed where they genuinely help, and know where they do not

Testing discipline and budget control:
● Design test structures that produce clean signal: what is being tested, at what budget, and what result triggers which decision
● Set explicit kill rules and scale rules in advance so decisions are made on data rather than on hope
● Manage daily and monthly budgets against targets, and flag early when spend is not going to return
● Keep a clear record of what has been tested and what it produced, so the same losing angle is not relaunched twice
● Balance exploration and exploitation deliberately. Protect budget for new offers and new angles even while scaling a winner

Tracking, data, and attribution:
● Own the tracking setup end to end: trackers, server to server postbacks, conversion APIs, pixels, and parameter hygiene
● Validate that the numbers are real before scaling on them, and debug attribution gaps yourself rather than escalating them
● Work with analytics on reporting that shows profitability by offer, angle, creative, and placement
● Reconcile platform data against network and advertiser data, and chase discrepancies until they are explained
● Use post-click and post-conversion data to inform buying decisions, not just front end metrics

Account infrastructure and compliance:
● Own account structure, ad account health, and the operational setup that keeps spend running without interruption
● Keep creatives and funnels inside Meta and Google policy. We build for longevity, not for a week of spend before a ban
● Manage relationships with platform reps and vendors, and use them to unlock scale and resolve issues fast
● Work with our partners on payouts, caps, creative approvals, and early access to new offers
● Maintain documentation on setups, integrations, and process so nothing sits only in your head

Playbooks and standards:
● Turn what works into documented playbooks: launch structures, test frameworks, angle libraries, and creative briefs
● Set the standard for how buying is done here through your own results
● Report on a clear cadence: what is spending, what is working, what gets cut this week, and what needs a decision
● Share what you learn with the creative and analytics teams so wins do not stay locked inside your accounts

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Must-have:
● 5 or more years of hands-on media buying with direct ownership of spend and profitability, not
agency reporting or campaign assistance
● Big-budget experience. At least 100,000 dollars a month in ad spend that you personally managed, sustained over time rather than in one spike. Below that level this is not the right role
● Financial publishing experience is what we are looking for first. Health direct response is the closest adjacent background
● If not financial publishing, then a track record across at least three distinct verticals, with auto and home a strong plus. A career spent inside a single niche is a mismatch here, and gambling-only backgrounds in particular tend to be too narrow
● Deep Meta buying expertise: account structure, testing frameworks, creative volume, scaling mechanics, and account health at high daily spend
● Hands-on Google buying experience across at least one of Search, Demand Gen, YouTube, or Performance Max, with a real view on how buying there differs from Meta
● Proven ability to take an offer from zero to profitable scale, with specific numbers you can walk through
● Creative and angle ownership. You direct the creative and the funnel rather than waiting for assets to be handed to you
● Tracking fluency: trackers, server to server postbacks, conversion APIs, and the ability to debug attribution yourself
● Comfortable being measured on profit and comfortable saying when something is not working
● Self-directed. You can run a full portfolio without a large support structure around you
● Excellent English, written and verbal (C1 or above)

● Native buying experience on the major networks

WHO FITS THIS ROLE
You are a buyer who has scaled offers profitably with your own money on the line, or close enough to it that it felt that way. You can walk through the numbers on your best campaigns and your worst ones
without reaching for excuses. You know the difference between a campaign that worked and a campaign that happened to run during a good week. 

You have worked across several verticals and you treat that as your advantage rather than a gap. You have been the new person in an unfamiliar market before, and you know how you get up to speed: the research, the angles you borrow, the assumptions you test first. Buyers who have only ever run one niche tend to have one playbook. You have several, and you know which one to reach for. You think in angles before you think in settings. You know that creative and offer selection decide most of the outcome and that account optimization only moves the last stretch. 

You brief creative properly, you
test at volume, and you do not fall in love with an ad that is losing money. You move fast and you decide fast. You do not need a full picture before you act, and you do not sit on a losing test hoping it turns. You set your kill rules in advance and you follow them.

You work independently and you want to stay in the accounts. You are used to owning a portfolio without a machine of specialists behind you, and you know how to get what you need from the people around
you. This is a senior buyer seat, and going deeper on the channels rather than away from them is the point.
