Шукаємо Motion & Graphic Designer, який створюватиме результативні візуальні рішення для Facebook та in-app трафіку, працюючи у тісній взаємодії з медіабаєрами.
Ключова мета — створення статичних і динамічних креативів, що безпосередньо впливають на показники рекламних кампаній.

Завдання:
- Створення рекламних креативів для performance- та affiliate-кампаній з фокусом на Facebook Ads і in-app мережі.
- Розробка motion-матеріалів: короткі відео, анімовані банери, лупи, тизери та інші динамічні формати.
- Підготовка статичних візуалів: банери, сторис, прев’ю, графіка для лендингів, додатків і промоматеріалів.
- Адаптація та масштабування креативів під різні формати, платформи та GEO.
- Швидке доопрацювання й оновлення креативів за результатами тестів спільно з медіабаїнг-командою.
- Участь у формуванні та розвитку візуального стилю продуктів.

Вимоги:
- Досвід роботи дизайнером від 1 року в iGaming.
- Впевнене володіння Adobe After Effects, Premiere, Illustrator (або аналогами), а також Figma.
- Використання AI-інструментів у щоденній роботі — обов’язково.
- Розуміння особливостей реклами у Facebook та in-app середовищі.
- Відчуття темпу, композиції та фокус на результат, а не лише на візуал.
- Вміння працювати у режимі швидких ітерацій і коротких дедлайнів.
- Базове розуміння performance-метрик (CTR, CPA, CR) та їх залежності від креативу.

Наразі ми шукаємо 3D Motion Designer-a, який відповідатиме за створення динамічного та статичного 3D-контенту.

Ми шукаємо фахівця, який готовий розвиватися в команді, експериментувати та реалізовувати сміливі та масштабні креативні ідеї.
 

Обов’язки:

• Створювати аніматики та блокінги сцен (робота з камерою, композицією, анімацією);
• Збирати та оптимізувати 3D-сцени;
• Виконувати шейдинг та лайтинґ сцен;
• Композитинг та інтеграція 3D-елементів у фінальний контент;
• Брати участь у розробці креативних концепцій та брейнштормах;
• Співпрацювати з графічними дизайнерами та motion-дизайнерами для інтеграції 3D-контенту.
   

Вимоги:

• Від 3 років досвіду у 3D motion-дизайні;
• Впевнене володіння Cinema 4D + Redshift та After Effects;
• Розуміння основ композиції, відчуття стилю, гармонії та кольору;
• Вміння оптимізувати сцени та працювати з шейдерами;
• Творчий підхід і нестандартне мислення;
• Любов до деталей та готовність до командної роботи;
• Бажання долучатися до зростання команди та реалізації складних креативних завдань.
