Tech Stack

Our iOS codebase is modern, clean, and well-maintained. We use the latest Apple frameworks and best practices, with a strong focus on code quality, testing, and automation.

The app is built natively in Swift and is mostly SwiftUI, with some UIKit. Deep experience with Swift and SwiftUI is required. We also use Swift Concurrency, Combine, CoreData, RevenueCat, WatchKit, HealthKit, XCTest, etc. The backend uses Firebase (Auth, RTDB, Firestore). You'll work closely with our Android developer to keep both apps consistent so users get the same features, logic, and algorithms on both platforms. About the role

You will be a Core Developer in our product team, taking charge of developing and scaling our mobile product. This is a high-impact position where you’ll be involved in the entire product lifecycle: from building core product features and modern UIs to designing a reliable, fast, and efficient infrastructure around it. You’ll work directly day-to-day with the General Manager and have a clear, measurable impact on the product’s unit economics.

Technical stack: AI-driven Engineering, Flutter, Next, React.

What you need for this position

• You’re an AI-augmented engineer. You actively use tools like Copilot, Cursor, or Claude to speed up your routine, refactor efficiently, and solve problems faster.
• You communicate openly and feel comfortable in a fast-paced agile team where things can change rapidly.
• You’re a truly product-oriented engineer. You don’t just write code in a vacuum — your technical decisions are always driven by real product and engineering metrics, keeping business goals in mind.
• You can solve product and business problems end-2-end completely solo. You know how to take a high-level problem description and turn it into an efficient, working engineering solution without needing someone to hold your hand.
• 3+ years of mobile development experience with Flutter and 5+ years of experience as a SE.
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform, particularly Firebase services including Firestore, Storage, and Performance, as well as experience with Firebase Flutter SDK, Bloc, and Hive storage.
• Understanding of the app publishing process for stores.
• Hands-on experience with Next and React to build web (short on experience? That’s completely OK, provided you can deliver effectively by leveraging AI tools and are eager to pick up new tech quickly)

This role is for a strong senior IC who owns complex features end-to-end, writes high-quality code, improves architecture, and thinks systematically. We value people who think through problems before implementation and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Own complex features from problem definition to production release.
• Write high-quality, maintainable React Native code.
• Improve existing architecture and reduce tech debt without slowing product velocity.
• Review PRs with a focus on correctness, readability, and long-term maintainability.
• Collaborate closely with product and design to turn goals into clear technical plans.

• Take senior-level ownership: identify risks early, think through solutions, and ship reliably.

   

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience shipping production React Native apps.
• Hands-on experience with subscription-based products, including:
  • Paywalls and onboarding → subscription flows
  • Entitlements and access control
  • Handling edge cases (upgrades, downgrades, refunds, restore purchases)
• Experience with RevenueCat and/or Superwall.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Systematic, linear thinker who plans before coding.
• Comfortable working independently and making sound technical decisions.

Nice to Have

• Experience using AI tools or APIs to automate workflows, improve developer productivity, or enhance user experience.
• Experience with mobile analytics, experimentation, or A/B testing.
• Familiarity with performance optimization and debugging on mobile.
