    Key Responsibilities:
    • Scale the existing USA sweepstakes lead-generation product profitably.

    The company is already operating in the Canadian market and is planning active expansion into the UK, Australia, New Zealand, and the Netherlands.

     

    🔎 Key Responsibilities:

    • Sourcing and onboarding new affiliate partners
    • Working with media buying teams (web teams) and purchasing traffic
    • Scaling traffic across Tier-1 GEOs
    • Managing traffic sources: Facebook (Meta) and SEO
    • Negotiating partnership terms and monitoring performance
    • Analyzing KPIs and optimizing traffic and budgets
    • Contributing to building and developing the affiliate direction from scratch

     

    ✅ Requirements:

    • 3+ years of experience as an Affiliate Manager in iGaming
    • Proven experience working with Tier-1 GEOs (UK, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Netherlands)
    • Hands-on experience purchasing traffic from media buying teams
    • Experience working with Facebook and SEO traffic sources
    • Strong traffic scaling experience
    • Established network of affiliates and media buying teams
    • Experience working in product iGaming companies or affiliate networks
    • Startup experience is a plus
    • Fluent English (spoken and written)
