Ми будуємо нову мобільну гейм-студію з нуля з фокусом на hybrid-casual ігри.

Наша стратегія — game factory model:

• спільна технічна оболонка для ігор (store, ads, events, analytics);
• швидке тестування різних core-механік;
• рішення на основі даних, а не довгих продакшенів без валідації.

Ми шукаємо middle 3D Artist’а-дженераліста, який відповідає за весь візуальний шар прототипів та live-ігор.

Фокус — UI/UX для mobile, швидкість і здатність працювати з AI-інструментами.

Вимоги (Must-have)

2+ років досвіду як 3D Artist у mobile games

Експертиза в UI/UX

Досвід роботи як generalist

Розуміння mobile-візуальної ієрархії

Вміння балансувати якість і швидкість

Буде плюсом

Досвід створення візуального стилю гри з нуля

Досвід роботи з hybrid-casual або casual mobile іграми

Досвід швидкого створення UI для прототипів

Розуміння базових принципів UX і retention

Активне використання AI-інструментів

Досвід оптимізації ассетів під mobile

Досвід роботи з ClickUp / Google Sheets

Досвід роботи в маленьких командах або стартапах
