About the role:
We’re looking for a 3D Artist who is strongest inside the Unreal Engine – someone who can take existing assets, scenes, lighting and briefs and turn them into polished visual experiences. You’ll be responsible for building and refining environments and camera shots inside UE, preparing client-facing demos, and working closely with Unreal Engine developers on complex, production-scale projects.

Responsibilities:

• Build and refine real-time scenes in Unreal Engine using existing and new assets (environment, props, lighting, cameras, post-processing).
• Create technical specifications for work distribution (modeling, texture production, automation).
• Prepare visual demos and preview renders for internal reviews and client approvals.
• Collaborate closely with Unreal Engine developers:
  • integrate 3D content into existing project structure;
  • follow project structure, naming conventions and source-control workflows;
  • help debug visual issues and asset-related problems in complex builds.

• 3+ years of professional experience as a 3D Artist, with a strong focus on Unreal Engine.
• Confident hands-on experience with:
  • level building, lighting (lumen) and post-processing in UE;
  • Sequencer / camera work / basic animation;
  • Movie Render Queue or similar rendering workflows.
  • maps vs sub-levels, streaming, asset references;
  • naming conventions, content folders, version control (Perforce/Git, etc.).
• Comfortable working side-by-side with Unreal devs: reading simple Blueprints, understanding dependencies, and adjusting content to technical constraints.

We work in Mine-imator, so this role requires switching to that software.

No previous Mine-imator experience is required — we provide a paid adaptation period, internal guides, and support during onboarding.

A game project in the FPS genre is looking for a 3D Animator to work on character and weapon animations. The role focuses on creating high-quality gameplay animations for both first-person and third-person perspectives and integrating them into the Unity engine.

Ми розширюємо команду проєкту про Minecraft та шукаємо 3D Modeler / Asset Artist у Blender.
 

Ми шукаємо людину, яка закриє повний етап підготовки проєкту до анімації після отримання сценарію.

Це включає:

• виписування списку необхідних ресурсів на основі сценарію;
• створення та рігінг персонажів, готових до анімації;
• створення локацій, предметів та ефектів;
• налаштування загального освітлення та environment у сценах;
• точне відтворення вже сформованого стилю Minecraft-ресурсів, який використовується на нашому проєкті.

Ця вакансія для Вас, якщо Ви:

• маєте впевнений практичний досвід роботи в Blender;
• уважні до деталей і можете точно копіювати існуючий візуальний стиль;

Буде плюсом для Вас, якщо Ви маєте:

💫 Ти — наш teamplayer, якщо: 

• Маєш портфоліо, яке демонструє повний цикл роботи із 3D - якісні матеріали, текстури, світло та фінальні рендери. Нам важливо побачити вміння створювати завершені сцени та key visuals, де 3D-об’єкти органічно інтегровані у фінальний дизайн;
• Впевнено володієш Blender 3D або як альтернатива Cinema 4D - must have;
• Вмієш налаштовувати ефективну крос-командну взаємодію (інші дизайн команди, маркетинг, PR, PM, тощо);
• Маєш досвід роботи із фідбеками, проведенням рев’ю робіт та контролем якості дизайну;
• Твої навички декомпозиції задач, оцінки складності та планування ресурсів команди є високими;
• За твій комерційний досвід тобі вже довелось попрацювати із 3D задачами більше 3-х років, а загальний досвід у дизайні - від 4-х років;
• Ти маєш гарні знання production-pipeline створення 3D-контенту для маркетингу та digital-контенту;
• Вмієш ефективно презентувати 3D-об’єкт (збалансоване освітлення, вдало підібрані ракурси, матеріали та текстури);

🎯 На чому триматимеш фокус, працюючи з нами? 

• Створення high/low-poly моделей спортивних і кіберспортивних предметів, а також ігрових об’єктів;
• Моделювання 3D-об’єктів для подальшого використання у 2D-макетах та анімації для контенту соціальних мереж;
• Текстурування і робота з матеріалами для створення деталізованих і реалістичних 3D-моделей;
• Розробка 3D-сцен та об’єктів для рекламних кампаній і маркетингових проєктів на тематику спорту та кіберспорту;
• Використання та адаптація 3D-моделей відповідно до фірмового стилю бренду для різних форматів контенту;
• Робота в межах брендбуку, який розвивається;
• Менеджерська та менторська робота всередині своєї команди (зокрема, формувати візуальний напрямок, генерувати ідеї, слідкувати за трендами дизайну і 3D, задавати та визначати стандарт у якості для інших членів команди)
