We run an online training business and are hiring a hands-on Full Stack Developer to manage our systems and keep everything running smoothly. This is not a basic IT or VA role. You will own and maintain the core systems that run the business, including our learning platform, website, integrations, payments, and internal tools. You will also improve workflows using AI and automation.

⚠️ This role requires a strong IT background. If your experience is mainly in AI tools, no-code automation, or recent learning without real-world system ownership, this role is not a fit.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain LearnWorlds (courses, access, bundles, user experience, integrations)
• Own and manage core systems including HubSpot, OnceHub, Fathom, Google Workspace, Brevo, SignNow, Referly, Certifier
• Build and maintain automations using n8n, APIs and webhooks
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve workflows using AI and automation

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in IT, systems administration, or technical operations (required — do not apply without this)

• Strong hands-on experience with LearnWorlds (or similar LMS)
• 3+ years working with WordPress, including debugging plugins, themes and integrations
• Experience with Stripe or other payment systems, including troubleshooting payment flows and access control

We are looking for a Senior React / Supabase / TypeScript Developer who will take ownership of refactoring and hardening an existing SaaS platform. The core product logic, UI, and data layer are functional — this is not a rebuild. The goal is to elevate code quality, architecture, and operational reliability to production standards.

Phase 2 — Refactor & Harden. Systematic refactoring of the frontend architecture, Edge Functions, RLS policies, Stripe integration, and performance optimisation.
Phase 3 — Testing & CI/CD. Test coverage for critical paths, CI/CD pipeline setup, staging and production environments, and technical documentation for team onboarding.

Engagement & Payment
This is hourly, project-based engagement. Phase 1 is scoped as a standalone paid deliverable — upon successful completion, we move forward with Phases 2 and 3.

• Proven experience refactoring an AI-generated or rapidly prototyped React + Supabase codebase to production grade — mandatory.
